1. Ensure that your non-Dutch staff have valid visas to enter and exit the Netherlands
1.1 Visas can be applied for with the Immigration & Naturalisation Service.
1.2 Take note that certain nationalities may be visa exempt.
2. Ensure that you've got a physical address for your head office in the Netherlands.
3. Contact the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate to register your company with the.
