[Netherlands] Letter to Norway

A diplomatic courier based to the Dutch Embassy to Norway would depart from the premises heading towards the Office of the Norwegian Prime Minister. With him he carried a diplomatic pouch which upon arrival at the building he would hand over a sealed letter addressed to Dr. Holt, the letter carried the seal of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Netherlands.

The courier found himself in the Government Quarter of Oslo. Akersgata 42, called "The Highrise" by those who work in the quarter, was currently the building the ministers met and held the official office of the Prime Minister. Since Jakob Vinter was the highest ranking Norwegian in Norway, he was there at the time. The Royal Police allowed the courier inside and offered him some tea while the Foreign Minister made his way down.

"I'll leave this on the Prime Minister's desk for when he returns home from North America," he told the courier. "Thank you for bringing this," he said, without opening it.
