I would like to send my ambassador to the People's Republic of China to meet with a high ranking member of your government so that we can discuss our future partnership.

To His Excellency
Jack Wald
Minister-President
Kingdom of the Netherlands

The idea is mutual from the People's Republic of China, we do believe the Netherlands will be a great future partner. I am currently hosting the Spanish Delegation, however it would be possible for the Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs to meet with the Chinese Ambassador in the Netherlands as to build the groundwork for our relationship, he will also be given permission to sign any treaties and trade agreements you present him.

Yours faithfully
Xi Jinping
President of the People's Republic of China

The Chinese Ambassador would make his way from the Embassy in the Netherlands, towards the given adress. At the entrance he would show his ID and wait to be shown the way to speak with Mr. Wald. He would be visibly exited, while holding his briefcase.

The ID would be verified and logged by the receptionist, who would call for a duo of officers from the Royal Netherlands Constabulary to escort the Chinese Ambassador to the office of the Minister President. He would first be guided through a body scanner and his bag would be x-rayed to ensure no weapons of any kind were to be brought in. If nothing was found the Ambassador would be escorted up.

Led into the office, Jack Wald would rise to greet the Chinese Ambassador, "Mr Ambassador, welcome to my office" he said as he extended his arm. "Would you like any refreshments before we proceed?"

The Ambassador would shake his hand warmly, exchanging greetings. "Its always a pleasure to meet you kind sir. I would only request water." He would say with a smile. "Might I say you are the first European Nation that we have come to contact with."

"Then I can only thank you for the honour of being your stepping stone into improving Chinese-European relationships," the Minister President would say as he poured the Ambassador a glass of cold water and handed it to him. He moved behind his desk and took his place. "Now, I am eager to hear about your governments policies and its plans for the future."

"Well, according to our principles and good manners, I believe it should be the host to start the business talk" He would chuckle "China does want to open trade relations with most of Europe and we view the Netherlands as the door to the European Continent. Would you be willing to do a Trade Agreement with China? I do believe it would greatly benefict us both!"

"Cultures differ Mr Ambassador, and I will do my best to respect yours, I apologise if I insult you in any way as that is not my intention."

"We see a trade agreement with China to be a mutually beneficial deal, one we are willing to pursue. Do you have standard agreement to present. If not my ministry does have a trade agreement ready for you to review."

"You did not insult in anyway my friend." he would pause for a moment "Yes I do have one!" He would hand over a Standard FTA.

"I would also like to enquire about a possible export deal with the Netherlands if you would be willing to?"

The Prime-Minister would take the standard Chinese Free Trade Agreement. He would silently review it before saying, "I must warn you that this Free Trade Agreement could be short lived. The European Treaty Organisation has the wish to organise trade on a European level, in order to stimulate free trade on the continent and create a level playing field abroad. However, I would be willing to sign this agreement and have it be the basis of our future trading relationship."

"Before we proceed to the topic of exports and imports. I would like to inform you the Netherlands is currently in talks with Taiwan in order to initiate formal diplomatic relations, however, we want to ensure this is not something your government is against. The Netherlands would be willing to act as a mediator in order to conclude the dispute between your two nations. Is this something your government would be willing to consider?"

He would show great interest in this European Organisation, as well as chuckle when asked about Taiwan.

"About Taiwan Mr.Prime Minister, I would like to inform you that my goverment as taken steps in order to reconcile with them. I would like you to, not in a long time be attentive to your nation news, as I believe my President and the President of Taiwan, will be making a speech shortly about this reconciliation. You see China does not want enemies, it wants partners. Of course sometimes enemies are made, but the fewer the better.

As for this European Organization, please inform me more about this idea, I'm quite interested, and perhaps we could then negotiate a new FTA with the Netherlands."

"I am certainly pleased to hear your government is willing to end this longstanding dispute and follow the path of peace and cooperation. I will eagerly await the press conference between the heads of states of both countries."

"In short, the European Treaty Organisation is an economic partnership for European nations. While it is still in it's growth phase trying to work out all the kinks and issues, it shows lots of promise. The plan is for the ETO to manage trade deals between the block and third parties, this is why any bilateral trade agreement between our countries now will most likely be short lived, however if you wish to proceed then I can present you the standard Dutch Fair Trade Agreement." The Minister President would slide over the document.

"It is being telivised now, and the agreement will be made public, you see past Chinese Government always tried to distabilize its region, but that is not the path to prosperity. Especially not for China, we perfer having Partners as opposed to Enemies." He would pause.

"Ahh then we prefer to wait for this ETO plan to happens as we would be very must interested in trading with the whole block at once, it seems more efficient. Prehaps we could even discuss China becoming a observer State or even a Partner for ETO. As we do view European Stability extremly important Economically speaking. That reminds me, what are your views on the current Russian Government and the situation developing in Vietnam and Thailand?"

"Well, if you seek closer cooperation with the European Treaty Organisation, I would suggest you contact the Office of the President if you with to discuss topics regarding cooperation with Europe."

"We have yet to establish formal diplomatic relations with the new Russian administration. However, we hope to see a stable government willing to work together to preserve global peace and stability. In regards to the border conflict between Vietnam and Thailand we've had contact with the Vietnamese and expressed our wish to see it resolved peacefully through dialogue and have offered our services as a mediator. We are also planning on contacting the Thai government after giving the Vietnamese a respectable amount of time to attempt to resolve the situation."

"Seems we have the same views on Russia then, even after its troubling past. We will also come in contact with the ETO soon regarding our cooperation with Europe.." He would pause for a moment.

"Well that was short lived... I guess.. apparently Norway as ceased their diplomatic mission with China.. which seems odd hopefully that wont derail our attempts with cooperation with Europe."

An aide would quietly knock on the door and wait for permission to enter, she would walk to the Minister President and hand him a folder marked confidential. He thanked the aide with a small nod and opened the folder, quickly skimming it before looking back up. "I apologies, this here is a document from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in regards to the diplomatic dispute between your nation and Norway. If you hadn't been here this would be an occasion you would be summoned to explain, however since you have been here I will presume you are not fully aware of your governments actions."

"I am required to state that the Netherlands seeks to uphold the highest standard of democracy and condemns any foreign interference from state entities. I hope China learns from this mistake and in the future chooses to support free elections around the world."

"Oh..so this is the reason that they ended their Diplomatic mission? To be frank, I do view this as a over the top reaction then, as we clearly wanted to support this party within the legal boundaries of the judicial system of Norway, like lobbying for it. If they had just responded that it was illegal to do so, then we wouldn't even try. Because we do view that there are some communists which are ill represented in the country, shouldn't they be represented too? Because in my view even since the possible coup in Norway, many good communists which seek to better their nation and aid their fellow man, aren't truly represented we do vehemently condemn the action taken part by the previous Red Party Leadership, as a coup does not help a nation nor does stabilize it.

Perhaps this reaction could have been prevented if the Norwegian Authorities had informed that Chinese Ambassador that such action would be illegal within Norway."

"Ambassador, I've just received news that a intercontinental ballistic missile has been tracked by Dutch radars, is there anything you could possibly tell me of this launch? The Netherlands has a bad history with these weapons, especially after Rotterdam was struck by an Iranian ICBM. Any information you could tell me would be beneficial to my governments handling of the situation."
