At this time the Netherlands does not maintain an embassy within your territory, this is something we hope to change. With your permission I would like to begin discussions to open a Dutch diplomatic mission within your capital and vice versa.

Dear Mr Albronda,

Apologies for my late reply, there appears to have been a communication error on our side. Establishing a embassy has been our long term foreign policy goal with the Netherlands and as such I would be more than willing for the Netherlands to begin the process of establishing an embassy. Similarly Madagascar would like permission to begin searching for our own property by which to establish an embassy in your nation.

Further to this, I would like to invite you to visit or hold a telephone conference with myself in order to establish closer links. Namely we would like to organise a trade deal for Malagasy products such as Vanilla, oil and produce. Additionally, Air Madagascar would like to establish a flight route to bring visitors and businesses to and from our countries.
