Dear Sirs,

I have been tasked by His Majesty King Willem-Alexander and Prime-Minister Jack Wald to coordinate a humanitarian relief operation within the Kingdom of Norway. The Netherlands is looking at deploying multiple units to deliver essential supplies, trained medical personnel and search and rescue assets. It is in this time of need we want to stand with our friend and ally in order to safeguard the Norwegian people.

We are looking at deploying the following assets for the operation:

Minister Reinders,

Your offer of assistance to the Kingdom of Norway is greatly appreciated. Norwegian forces are still mostly focused on Oslo and the surrounding metropolitan area. To distribute aid and assistance, I would ask that you focus your efforts on the cities of Trondheim and Bergen. Bergen has not lost power throughout this entire event, however Trondheim is expected to have been hit just as bad as Oslo. Beware, ice presents a threat around most of Norway including Oslofjord and especially the northern half of the country.

Your forces are authorized to enter Norwegian waters and make landfall at will. I imagine people in Trondheim and Bergen will be happy to see just about anyone.
