I am contacting once again in the hope of being able to negotiate the sale of military hardware to the Netherlands. Our last negotiation has proven extremely fruitful and I hope we can come to a similar mutually beneficial deal today. My government is eager to strenghten its military with state-of-the-art American military equipment, which is why I wish to put forward the following acquisition request:
