Good Evening,
Below I have listed the prices of the equipment you have requested. Due to our close relations and alliance through ISAF, we have seen fit that none of the equipment shall be turned down - however, Sikorsky is no longer an American company so we cannot process an order for those:
  • Boeing C-17 Globemaster III - $2,005,600,000.00
  • AAV7A1 - $87,178,826.25
  • Mercy-class Hospital Ship - $322,000,000.00
  • Lence BearCat - $34,500,000.00
  • MIM-104F Patriot PAC-3 - $35,500,500.00
  • AN/TWQ-1 Avenger - $165,600,000.00
  • AN/TPQ-36 Firefinder - $10,684,650.00
  • Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor - $1,380,000,000.00
  • Lockheed P-3 Orion - $124,200,000.00
  • Lockheed Martin E-2 Hawkeye - $809,600,000.00

    Total Price: $4,974,863,976.00

We would also like to request a price on the De Zeven Provinciën-class frigate you recently offered to us in our bidding. We believe that this frigate would suit our navy perfectly.

Dear Mr Sanchez,

I would like to thank you for being willing to sell these essential pieces of equipment to the Netherlands. Certainly a good step to our closer friendship and cooperation. The transfer has been authorised and sent through.

As for De Zeven Provinciën-class Frigate, we would be more than willing to see it in service of the United States Navy. This could be arranged for the price of $938,400,000.00. Furthermore, in order to increase the Dutch navies operational capability far from home, we would like to ask whether the US would be willing to sell a minimum of four Arleigh-Burke-class Guided Missile Destroyer.

Yours Sincerely,

Bernhard Reinders
Minister of Defence

Good Evening,
We are more than interested in the De Zeven Provinciën-class and, in the future, would like to see our navy complemented with at least fifteen (15) of these vessels. However, we would like to start with an order of just five, if at all possible? Moving on to the Arleigh Burke, I'm afraid we would not be willing to sell this vessel anytime soon, however we are open to negotiations on future purchase plans.

Dear Mr Sanchez,

Fifteen vessels is quite an order, one we will most certainly be able to accommodate for. Of course we understand and agree that it is best to be done in batches. Once the required funds have been transferred we will proceed with the production of the vessels.

As for the Arleigh Burke, we are pleased to see it is not fully out of the question and we would be happy to engage in negotiations.

Yours Sincerely,

Good Evening,
We have transferred the funds over to you for the procurement of five vessels, I have attached a receipt for you to see (Transfer). Now that has been dealt with, we would like to move on to the discussion of trade. The United States can currently export:
1. Cars
2. Refined Petroleum
3. Aircraft
4. Pharmaceuticals
5. Gas Turbines.

Would any of these take your interest, and we would also like to know what we can import from the Netherlands.

Good Evening,
We would be interested in the import of Optical, technical, medical apparatus and Organic Chemicals. However we currently only have crude oil tankers available which are not suited for refined petroleum. I'm giving to understand the Netherlands has a wide shipping industry. Is there anything you can recommend?

Good Evening,
We would like for your vessel(s) you arrive in the Port of New York, whilst the American vessel(s) would be leaving from Port of Savannah. I have also had a look over the website provided, is there any vessel you would recommend for the transport of Refined Petroleum?

Dear Mr Sanchez,

Damen has informed me that the most suitable vessel for transportation of refined petroleum would be one of their tanker vessels, these come in different sizes. I suggest you take a look and pick the most suitable one for your trade routes. Furthermore I have amended the trade route and will forward it to the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate to begin the paperwork required to initiate the route.

Good Evening,
I only ask to make sure, as we made a mistake with a previous order, ordering Crude Oil tankers rather than Petroleum tankers. But we would like to go ahead and order six (6) Tanker 23000s, if possible. But, can you also tell me what the capacity is of this tanker?

Dear Mr Sanchez,

The capacity of the vessels, easily identified by its name is 23,000m3 or 23,000,000L which I hope will suffice your needs. Please refer to the United Industries of the Netherlands page to place an order.

Good Morning,
We have placed an order on the website you provided us with. I do hope this will be accepted. However, I'm given to understand that the Netherlands have accepted the invitation to attend Rimpac, as the Minister of Defence I am sure you had a large say in this. May I ask, what are your thoughts on the US inviting countries like Vietnam and Argentina, due to our rocky history in the past.

Dear Mr Sanchez,

I can personally guarantee the service of the United Industries of the Netherlands, I am certain your order will be treated with utmost respect. It is true that I was part of the decision making progress regarding our participation in the RIMPAC exercise. While some of the invited nations to have a history of hostile relations with ISAF, we find that it is time to turn the page. We are pleased to see that this could be the beginning of a new era of cooperation between all participating nations. May I ask why you decided on inviting them?

Yours Sincerely,

Good Morning,
Well, I think it is time that the world move on from all the petty squabbling and I think one of the best ways to do so, would be to work together and co-operate amongst each other. I would hate to see this world plunged into another war, and we will try our best to not let that happen. It is my belief, and the belief of the SECDEF that RIMPAC is the beast place to start.

Dear Mr Sanchez,

I am saddened to inform you that Dutch participation in the RIMPAC exercises may be delayed due to the current weather front in Europe, the Ministry of Defence is currently planning to use the vessels in humanitarian aid operations in Scandinavia and other regions hit hard by the storm. For that I would like to offer you my apologies.

Before we end this series of communiques, I would like to inform you the Netherlands has acquired the the necessary destroyers it was looking for and would like to retract the request for purchase of the Arleigh-Burke. I would like to thank you for this time and for your cooperation and hope to meet you in the future.

The Undersecretary had some important issues that he needed to raise with the Dutch, and decided to pick up the phone and call Bernhard Reinders in the Netherlands instead, at the behest of the Secretary of Defence Chuck Hagel. Whilst it was ringing, a team of specialists would be underway to encrypt the line, and also, the room would be declared a private room. No one was allowed access unless permission given beforehand.

Minister of Defence Bernhard Reinders would be informed by his secretary off the call from the American Undersecretary, he'd ensure his side of the call was encrypted and the room was cleared to ensure privacy before picking up. He greeted the American, saying, "Good day Mr Undersecratary, how can I be of service to you today?"
