President Dirkse,

We ceased payments to the Dutch government after we made multiple attempts to pay funds. We attributed this to instability in the Dutch government, or issues with Ministry of Finance.
However, with that being said, the United States has never defaulted on a debt payment and we intend to keep to our commitment. As a sign of good faith, I have authorized a transaction of two payments to your government at once. I hope that, in return, we can continue to send your government $1,000,000,000 per (tax) period as previously agreed without any penalties.
