To this end, we propose the opening of a Nigerian Embassy in Vaduz as well as a Lichtenstein Embassy in Abuja, this will be joined with the signing of a trade treaty and a cultural exchange agreement allowing Nigerian students to study at your universities, further we would be happy to offer to produce 100 Igirigi APC as well as 50 ProForce MRAPs to help bolster your young security forces, further if you can secure safe shipment through France, we would be willing to provide you with several AMX-30 tanks.

Liechtenstein would be more than happy to open an Embassy for either country within each other's capitals. A trade agreement seems far more than suitable, while Liechtenstein does not have some of the more immediate exports, we do have some exports which could prove to be useful for a nation such as Nigeria. Our microstate can export the following to Nigeria: small specialty machinery, parts for motor vehicles, dental products, hardware, and optical products. Liechtenstein would also be interested in accepting Nigerian students within our various universities. At the moment, there are four general higher education institutions within the Principality: the International Academy for Philosophy, the Liechtenstein Institution, the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein, and the University of Liechtenstein. The International Academy for Philosophy's purpose is stated within its name. While the Liechtenstein Institution mainly carries out research in the history, politics, law, and economics of Liechtenstein, I am certain that the students would learn various important skills to bring back to Nigeria with them. The Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein focuses on two main fields of study; Medical Sciences and Law. Finally, the University of Liechtenstein focuses on architecture and business economics (entrepreneurship, finance, information systems, business law). We would be honored to have Nigeria help us in growing our United Armed Forces. What would be the total sum of such productions? Liechtenstein will also be reaching out to other global powers soon, once France comes up we will converse with them in securing a possible trade route for supplies and equipment. We are happy to hear of your reception to allowing students and free trade between our two nations, while direct maritime trade will not be possible until you secure a Port of Entry from a neighboring country, The Nigerian Trade Federation operates an air fleet that could easily conduct the trade between our two nations, however upon research we have found that Vaduz or indeed Liechtenstein as a whole does not contain an airport.

This will slow your trade, tourism, and strategic deployment of air forces, and Nigeria as a nation is looking for a major airline carrier and airport into Europe. I would propose the following:

-Nigeria will commit 850,000,000.00 to the construction of an airport with commercial and military capacity
-Liechtenstein will agree to carry international flights from Nigeria into this airport
-Liechtenstein will allow the operation of a small radar installation by Nigeria

Further, Nigeria offers to APCs and MRAPs as a gift to your government, in hopes that our relations continue to prosper.

I would be curious to hear the total capacity of students from Nigeria your universities would be capable of accepting?

First, will Nigeria expect to be able to use these military capabilities that will be built within the airport? Secondly, Liechtenstein would appreciate confirmations on whether these international flights would be commercial-only in nature. Thirdly, what would be the purpose of the Nigerian radar within this airport? Lastly, would Liechtenstein have access to this radar along with Nigeria? As for the universities of Liechtenstein; the International Academy of Philosophy is rather small and would be able to attend no more than twenty (20) students from Nigeria. The Liechtenstein Institution would be able to accommodate around forty (40) students from Nigeria. The Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein could accommodate no more than ten (10) students from Nigeria. Finally, the University of Liechtenstein will be able to accommodate roughly one hundred and twenty-five (125) students from Nigeria. In total, Liechtenstein will be able to accommodate roughly two-hundred (200) students from Nigeria. We would have no expectation to base any armed military elements at this airport or anywhere within Liechtenstein unless asked officially by your government, the operation of the airport for military means will be left completely to your government. As for the radar installation, its purpose would be the strategic monitoring of the skies of central and southern Europe, an area of extreme strategic importance to many, we would welcome you to the information it gathers and would welcome your armed forces to guard the installation as well as to have your people staff the radars alongside Nigerian technicians, we do not wish to operate in any kind of cryptic or clandestine manner on your soil I can assure you. Further we would be willing to pay some sort of yearly leasing fee for operation of the radar base, and the land in your nation it is built upon.

The International Flights would be purely commercial in nature, and would surely boost tourism to your nation as people use it as a routing point to travel to Nigeria as well as a hub for Nigerians traveling to Europe.

As for the Universities, we will be elated to send 200 of our best students for study in your nation at your universities, we must ask that you find some form of housing or living situation for them, we are willing to pay your government an allowance of $80,000 per student to cover any fees that your state may take on from them.

Further, we would welcome Liechtenstein architects and engineers to help with several civil projects on going in Nigeria, especially the construction of ultra modern housing complexes in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Kano.

As for a yearly lease sum, we would need to know how much space the radar installation would take and how much security would be needed around it at all times to determine a reasonable amount of money for the installation. Finding housing for them is no problem at all. Each of our Universities have student housing where the Nigerian students will have bedrooms, showers, kitchens, and easy access to other locations such as gyms, laundry rooms, recreational rooms, restaurants, clubs, and various other enjoyment locations to help students unwind from stress and enjoy time with friends or simply enjoying time away from studies. A sum of 80,000.00$ totaling to 16,000,000.00$ for the students is more than reasonable and we would gladly accept this to cover any fee that would come Liechtenstein's way. Liechtenstein has various construction companies and independent architects who would be honored to perform such a task. Is Nigeria looking for anything specific in these modern homes? Some specifications would help us determine exactly who would be best for this undertaking. We would prefer to install a Russian Container Radar system, it has the following size requirements and specifications:

The system consists of two separate antennas arrays: one for the transmitter and one for the receiver. The receiver antenna array contains 144 antenna masts, each 34 m high. The array has three sections: The inner section is 900 m wide with a 7 m spacing between masts, and the two outer sections are each 200 m wide with a 14 m spacing. The total array width is 1300 m. The transmitter antenna array has 36 re-configurable masts and is 440 m wide.

We would also need to keep a staff of around 50 technicians there at in country at all times, we would suggest a fee somewhere around 1,000,000,000.00 per year for the rights to keep the staff in country(though unarmed if preferred), and the rights to utilize the radar equipment as well as lease the land in which the equipment will be placed.

It is good news that you will be able to accommodate these students with such ease, we will begin the process of candidate selection from our high schools and undergraduate programs for programs in Liechtenstein. In the meantime, I will issue instructions to the treasury to transfer the funds for their housing.

As for housing contracts, our general principle is to issue an sight project, pay the contractors to build functional modern designed homes similar to those in their own nations, and let them carry out the designing and construction. There is high demand for homes in Kano, Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, a need that we seek to fill as quickly as possible as our country centralizes.
