These men as well as their pilots would enter a Kalakian APC from the local National Guard and head off for Lagos Naval Base, expecting to arrive in three hours.

As they headed to the Naval Base, the Base would be buzzing with activity. The FRS Viola's crew would be studying the ocean sector of the last known AIS signal alongside the crew of the SCFRS 1, while their ships would being outfitted with a full complement of everything they needed and given a proper maintenance check. This would take roughly an hour for the SCFRS 1, and about 2 hours for the FRS Viola, but regardless they must wait for the infantry, everything on the ships would be double checked to ensure its readiness for sea.

During this time the Special Forces on board would go over the layout of the MV Esperanza focusing on the deck and the bridge, but making sure to go over the entire ship carefully.

With the arrival on of the ships in the sector, the two ships would go to the task of locating the MV Esperanza after a roughly 30 hour search, they would come upon it, and take positions just outside of visual range, confirming the ship identity with radar, and their own magnification spy glasses on deck, they would prep the teams to take the ship, at the same time, the Captain of the FRS Viola would begin scanning the frequencies of his own hand held walkie, searching for the potential sailors of the MV Esperanza that the Argentines had told them likely avoided capture.

As they did this static would be picked up on the frequency the Argentine crew had set their own hand helds to, and at this frequency the Captain would speak.

"Hello, this is Captain Guliwano, of the FRS Viola, and the Nigerian Navy, is there anyone on this channel?"

Several hours had passed by now since the two sailors were alerted from an impending boarding by unientified pirates. At that moemnt, they were working down in the engine room of the MV Esperanza, and so they managed to hide in time. They were luckier than their colleagues in the upper decks.

They talked for hours what do to about their desperate situation, they werent aware of what was going up, or even if the pirates were still there, but they did not dare to go up and see. They only had their handy with them, thats how they were alerted to go into hiding.

Getting nervous and anxious with the passing of the hours, they began turning on the device and, without saying anything to avoid detection in case the pirates were listening, they would see if someone was out there. After three or four attempts, they finally heard something that made them think there was still hope:

"Hello, this is Captain Guliwano, of the FRS Viola, and the Nigerian Navy, is there anyone on this channel?"

Both sailors looked at each other, seeking for approval to reply, even with the potential danger of giving up their existence (the pirates weren't monitoring any communications, so this would be impossible). One of them took the device and pushed the button:

"Captain Guliwano, my name is Pablo Perez, I am here with another colleague inside the MV Esperanza hiding from the pirates. Please help!!"

A bustle would break out in the Command Center of the FRS Viola as the Captain would find his Spanish translator. In their native language they would speak to these men in an attempt to ease the tension.

"Hello, we are from the Nigerian Navy, in coordination with your government, we are here to secure the release and safety of this ship. Are you alone? Are you safe? How many are you?"

At the same time, the Special Forces units on both ships would begin final stage preparations to take the ship by force. Their weapons would be checked and double checked, their gear would be secured. They would done full black out gear, and would debrief going over the ship layout and the location of the hostages and the pirates based on the videos and Argentine intelligence. All would be quiet. The tension in the air would be thick.

In the dead of night, the first night without a moon, the Special Forces units would be given the green light to take the ship as well as secure the hostages and capture the pirates. The men selected from the 2nd Nigerian COIN Company on the FRS Viola would fall out, with their specified loadout, onto the x1 AgustaWestland AW109 LUH aboard the ship, the pilots would also enter the helicopter. The helicopter would undergo final flight inspection to ensure it was fully fueled and combat ready. The men selected from the 2nd Nigerian COIN Company aboard the SCFRS 1 would fall out, with their specified loadout, onto the RHIB prepared for launch, one man would navigate, while another ran the engine, the other four would be prepared to deploy their hooks and ladders and board the Cargo ship.

Once all men were ready they would double check their equipment, the RHIB would set out for the Cargo vessel first, cutting silently through the water, while the helicopter prepared for take off, when the RHIB was closing to within 200 meters of the vessel, the helicopter would take off and head towards the vessel, the sound of its propeller clearly cutting through the silence of the night sky. The helicopter would fly straight towards the bridge, hoping to use its sound to disorientate and distract the pirates. The helicopter would fly at a safe altitude for all its activities, and wait for word from the crew in the RHIB to actually deploy its men.

Once the RHIB was up against the Cargo vessel, which was now dead in the water, the men would deploy their hooks and ladders and begin scaling the side of the vessel, They would do this at the end farthest from the Bridge and Control Center, where they knew the hostages and the pirates were. This would ensure they could board the vessel without detection. Once the men were aboard the ship they would move quickly towards the bridge neutralizing any pirates they would encounter, but doing so with as little commotion as possible.

These men with professional training and proficiency would move without detection until the staircases to the bridge were in view. Now they would walkie the men in the helicopter to begin disembarking. The six men already aboard the vessel would split now into two teams of three and prepare to assault the bridge. They would move in cohesion taking any guards at the staircases before rushing the staircases and the two doors to the bridge, they would throw flashbangs into the command room before entering. Here they would take as many of the Pirates prisoner as possible, while shooting to kill those who were not easily subdued.

The men from the helicopter would disembark as standard procedure safely down rope go lines and stack up and enter the bridge behind the main assault squad. The men would then release the hostages and give emergency medical and other care to the hostages. Two men would switch to the frequency the hiding sailors were on on their walkie and tell them that the vessel was now secure.

As the men of the 2nd COIN Regiment secured all the hostages and pirates, they would do a quick count, six pirates were confirmed dead, two were wounded and receiving treatment from men of the regiment, while 2 had been captured and zip tied. The hostages would be given water and food, and checked over to ensure that all were stable and capable for transport.

At this point the commander of the unit would radio back the FRS Viola on an encrypted radio.

"Mission complete all hostages are secure, requesting evac, and takeover crew."

With confirmation of this the FRS Viola would pull alongside the Argentine vessel and carefully secure it for boarding. Boarding ropes and planks would be laid and all hostages would be escorted off the vessel, then the living pirates, and finally the bodies of the dead pirates. With all the cargo secured, a skeleton crew would be dispatched from the FRS Viola to the Argentine vessel. The Boarding ropes and planks would be withdrawn.

The FRS Viola, with all members of the 2nd COIN Regiment, all the hostages, the captured pirates, the bodies of the pirates, as well as the landed helicopter that had delivered the men would then make for Buenos Aires. The MV Esperanza would follow crewed by the Nigerian Navy skeleton crew. Both ships crews would be active and work in shifts. The FRS Viola would have all weapons and senors active. They would travel remaining in international waters until it approached the Argentine EEZ:

The SCFRS 1 having now arrived back at the Lagos Naval Base would dock safely in harbor, the crew, with their job well done, would return to barracks and at ready duty on the base. All equipment would be safely stored and the ship would be placed in ready storage.

The FRS Viola in the meantime would now approach the Port of Buenos Aires, proudly flying the Nigerian and Confederation of Independent States flags, the Captain of Viola would radio the Port of Buenos Aires.

"Port Authority, this is the FRS Viola, of the Nigerian Republican Navy, we have with us the MV Esperanza, the entire crew, several of the pirates who had seized them, and the Nigerian Special Forces team that took the ship back. We are running rather low on fuel, and are requesting permission to dock and resupply, as well as drop of your civilians safely on their home soil."

The FRS Viola would be immediatly authorized to enter the port of Buenos Aires and dock at one of the central spots. National authorities would be there, awaiting for the safe return of the argentine sailors, only possible thanks to the professional and swift actions of the nigerian navy and specila forces.

The MV Esperanza would be afterwards directed to a nearby shipyard for inspection and returned to service. Medical and psychological assistance would be provided for the sailors.

A formal expression of gratitude would be extended to the captain of the FRS Violan and to the President of Nigeria Jonathan Goodluck.
