Your Excellency,

The NORSCOM alliance is presently planning an operation to evacuate Scandinavian civilians from Iraq. In order for this operation to be successful, we will need to base our forces in Syria and launch aircraft from there. Would you be willing to allow us to launch this covert operation from Syria, as well as having a Scandinavian fleet off of the Syrian coast? It would be a joint operation between Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Please let me know if you need any more information, or if you would be willing to work with us.
