The Royal Norwegian Navy is seeking to purchase a new frigate type to enter operational service and has issued a worldwide tender to government and organisations around the world to submit any offers for consideration, the Royal Norwegian Navy is looking to purchase up to eight (8) units. The tender will remain open for seven (7) days from the tender being issued.

I hope this email finds you well. The Republic of Korea currently wishes to offer the Ulsan-Class Frigate Flight II to the Norwegian Navy. The current value per vessel for export is $230 million, in total $1,840 billion. The Government of Korea due to the close friendship and partnership of our two countries as established by the Office of the President would like to give a 10% discount to this total purchase of eight vessels to total at around $1.656 billion USD. We hope this bid is favorable to your government, and our bidding team is open to negotiating with your government a final price if the listed price is currently not acceptable. Due to the sensitive nature of the equipment on the Flight II version of the Ulsan-Frigate, we ask that the Norwegian Government not share this data with any other entity, corporate or state.
