In name of Her Imperial Majesty Thérèse, Empress of the French
The Empress has been attacked!
Forces inside the Imperial security apparatus have conspired against Her Imperial Majesty and traitors have infiltrated all layers of the government. The Imperial Armed Forces must act under their obligation to protect the constitution against domestic enemies.
As Commander Metropolitan France, I am mobilizing all Imperial Armed Forces inside Metropolitan France and placing them under the direct command of Édouard Guillaud, Chief of the Defence Staff.
7re Division Blindée is ordered to occupy Paris and Versailles and place the Cabinet under house arrest.
1er Régiment de Parachutistes d'Infanterie de Marine is ordered to place the leaderships of the DGSE and DGSI under arrest.
4e Brigade étranger will take over protection duties for Her Imperial Highness Annette, Dauphine of France.
All other ground, air and naval forces are to establish security inside Metropolitan France.
Effective immediately the right of assembly is suspended.
Lethal force may be employed against anyone who resists.
