With the ongoing unrest within the world building, Poland felt it necessary to insure the survival of his intelligence operatives on the ground in foreign nations. With this Department III of POSP was mobilized to begin training under the Special Operations teams JW GROM, JW Formoza, and JW Kommandosow. The First phase of training would occur within the 23rd Tactical Air Base.

Part 1: Hand to Hand Training
The inaugural class of Operation Alpha would start within a hangar located in 23rd Tactical Air Base. The hangar floors would be covered in rolling matts and several punching bags, weight lifting, and other exercise equipment would be installed within the hangar to better increase the training efforts taking place. The thirty special operations team members would be running the various hand to hand combat training exercises within the hangar while also running exercises for the members of Department III. Each Special Operations group would receive twenty-five Division III personnel to train while the remaining twenty-five would utilize the exercise equipment.

Each group would cover the same concepts of hand to hand combat. No weapon, against a weapon, with a weapon, both combatants with a weapon. The training would encompass fast paced combat to quickly disorient, incapacitate, or kill enemies. Each group would alternate through the special operations teams and the exercise equipment until the final test which was single opponent against several. Once each POSP member finished their hand to hand training, they would move to the next phase. Firearms Training and Manipulation.

Part 2: Firearms Training and Manipulation
Once the Hand to Hand Training was complete, the Operatives would continue on to the next class which would, once again, take place on the 23rd Tactical Air Base. Instead of utilizing the hangar like the previous phase, the Operatives and Operators would move to the firing range to begin training with weapons manipulation and firing. They would learn to first disassemble, clean, and reassemble several firearms they would most likely come in contact with. Polish pistols and rifles, Soviet Platforms, AR platforms, and GLOCKs being the most common ones seen. They would spend several hours and days going over how to disassemble, clean, and repair these platforms before moving to the actual firing phase.

Once the initial phase was complete the operatives would move to the firing portion of the training. Here the operatives would learn how to utilize their firearms effectively. Pistols would be shot to a maximum thirty meters and a minimum of two meters. Rifles would be shot at a minimum of 25 meters and a maximum of 300 meters. While not as expansive as the land forces drills, this would allow the operatives to utilize their weapons in an urban setting. Those Operatives who showed promise with firearms were chosen to undergo a long range training where they would utilize assault rifles up to 500 meters and marksman rifles up to 800 meters. Roughly fifteen of the one hundred operatives attended the long range weapons training.

The final test was a firearms course where each operative would move through a simulated urban environment, engaging targets within 2 meters range out to 300 meters range all while sprinting and engaging in hand to hand combat with instructors. They would be evaluated on their ability to defend themselves while also their ability to maintain accuracy while in a high stress environment. Those who failed would undergo remedial training.

Once all the Operatives passed they would begin the third part of the training. Defensive and Offensive driving.

Part 3: Defensive Driving and Offensive Driving
This part of the Training Exercise would be performed on a blocked runway of the Air Base. Cones and cardboard cutouts of vehicles would be utilized for the first portion of the test. Using Tarpan Honkers as the test vehicles, the drivers would drive the obstacle course while instructors would be shouting instructions and obscenities at the driver in an attempt to distract them from the simulated traffic. They would then utilize instructors who would throw small pieces of debris and plastic cans in the path of the driver to test their reflexes. All of the students would attempt this driving course until they all had passed with limited simulated damage done.

The second phase of the Driving Part of the exercise would involve more volatile measures. Students would be required to drive the tarmac course while evading instructors driving their own vehicles in an attempt to box them in. They would attempt to outmaneuver the instructor vehicles while also attempting to disable the vehicles by utilizing PIT maneuvers and other maneuvers taught by the instructors. After this phase of training, the students will have to run a simulated live fire test of their vehicle being stopped by combatants. They will then run a shooting course, first firing through the windshield, having been removed for the safety of the instructors, students, and vehicles. They would then transition to outside the vehicle and run a shooting course. After of which they would attempt to secure a new vehicle and run the defensive driving course once more.

Once this final test was complete, students would be taken by instructors at night by force and effectively kidnap them. Utilizing Star 1466 trucks borrowed from the Land Forces, they would transport them to a mock base built a few hours into the wilderness.

Part 4: Sere Training
With the Operatives now housed at a mock base set in the wilderness, the training exercise was starting to get serious. The operatives would be stripped of their clothing and belongings, sprayed with water and their heads shaved. This was done without regard to their race, gender, religion, sexuality, or creed. The goal was to get them ready to experience the possibility of torture and death if captured. Their sole goal was to stay healthy and to not give their true identity away. They would be subjected to sensory deprivation, auditory torture, experience waterboarding, and starvation. This would last for some time until the operatives could each find their own chance to escape. From there, they would have to travel through the wilderness to the nearest town where a first aid station was set up to attend to them. This was to simulate a safe house or a friendly military unit in a hostile nation. If caught the operative would be brought back to the mock base and undergo isolation and sleep deprivation until it was decided for them to rejoin their comrades. Bonus points were awarded to those operatives who worked as a team to escape and evade capture. Bonus points were also awarded if any information was gained during captivity such as names and ranks of the guards.

The test would continue until all recruits either passed. Once the training was complete they would be given leave to rest and heal before moving to the fifth part of the training. Surveillance.

Part 5: Surveillance
Part five would take place within Warsaw. They would rent out a small end hotel during the remaining training period. During this time, the hotel would serve as a base of operations for the operatives as well as a safe haven, acting as an embassy if pursued by Special Forces who would be acting as counter-intelligence operatives the remaining times.

This part would split the operatives into teams of five and be given specific targets to watch. This could be from a museum, a police station, a restaurant, a government building, a house, or even a hospital. They would be required to subtly surveil the location, while taking pictures of the target, which was chosen at random and given the information for. They would be required to build a dossier on the target and build a habits list and possible information able to be gained from them.

They would learn how to break into offices, buildings, and houses and plant bugs or search for hidden information without leaving a trace.

The end of this operation would require the operatives to make contact with their target and offer them a job giving them information to be used by The Office. Anything caught on camera that could be utilized to help their mission was required to be used. This could be anything from illegal and illicit acts all the way to acts of infidelity or matters of sexuality.

Once the contacts were fully formed, the operatives would pass and move onto the next part. Counter-Surveillance.

Part 6: Counter Surveillance
Part six would again take place within the city of Warsaw utilizing the hotel as their base of operations. Operatives would be assigned to surveil a new target to gather key information while also attempting to remain undetected and avoid capture from the special forces instructors. During this phase operatives would be required to surveil a target and then contact another operative utilizing pre-determined code words, all while utilizing counter-surveillance techniques to thwart capture by trainers. They would be taught how to blend in with large crowds, utilize already existing materials to determine if someone is following them such as reflections on windows and car mirrors, taking confusing routes whilst driving, changing clothing rapidly without being seen. They would also be taught to utilize easy to predict schedules to potentially cause their pursuers to become complacent when needed to lose their tail. They would be taught the different types of drop off points of information such as dead drops, hand offs, verbal, secured electronic transmission, code writing, etc.

The second part of the Counter Surveillance phase would be to expand upon their ability to perform electronic counter surveillance. They would be taught to utilize different steps to find bugs. They would be taught how to build bug detectors utilizing common household items to sweep for bugs. They would also be taught how to utilize pre-existing bug sweeping equipment where applicable(such as in friendly territory). They would be taught on how to find bugs that don't transmit utilizing radio waves by using EMF readers to detect audio recording devices. They would be trained in physical room searches and the most likely and least likely places to find a bug or audio recording device.

The final test of this phase would be for the Operatives to collect information from one of the previously established contacts and transfer it to another operative. They would then utilize counterintelligence techniques to get away from their Trainers who would be acting as foreign intelligence operatives. They would encouraged to utilize any of the previously learned methods of escaping pursuers, whether that be defensive driving or counter HUMINT techniques learned in this part, before transferring the information to their home base. The final test would be to sweep their rooms to discover bugs utilizing the equipment and information learned during this part of the training. Once the test was over, the operatives would move on to the next part. Part 7 and part 8 would serve as a final test of the previous parts taught before moving on to the technical side of being intelligence operatives.

Part 7: Espionage
Part Seven of the POSP training would take place once again within the city of Warsaw and the hotel previously used as their base of operations. This part would act as a full scale espionage operation where operatives would be required to make contact with a local citizen and begin building a dossier on their assigned target. All targets chosen were legitimate criminal targets picked from organized crime Policja units within Warsaw. During this part of the operation, they would work closely with the special operations teams, who would act as armed response units to bring down the criminals.

The Operatives would develop contacts with associates of the criminals to build their dossier. They would also carry out bugging operations, surveillance, and other acts of espionage to gather all the information on the target. Once their dossier was complete, it would be evaluated to decide if they needed to be brought down or if they could be used for future operations for more useful targets. Once all dossiers had been submitted and ruled, the operatives would work closely with the Special Operations teams to arrest the criminals. Any arrests made would be credited towards local police instead of the POSP.

Once this final phase was done, the operatives would be given time off to rest before the final part of their field training.

Part 8: Counter-Espionage
Part eight would pit the groups of Operatives against one another. Each group would be given an opposing group to monitor and report on. They would all be moved into separate hotels throughout Warsaw and the groups were given orders to locate their targeted group and build a dossier on them. Each group would have to perform actions to stop the opposing groups ability to monitor them. From signal jamming all the way to attempting to neutralize the enemy in a non-lethal way. The operatives also attend classes that teach them how to secure their telephones and computers to the best of their abilities. They also attended classes to allow them to utilize defensive and offensive driving while in an urban environment.

The final test for this part of the training exercise would involve each team finding their enemy's hideout and reporting it back to their handler, one of the Special Forces operatives. From there, the operatives would also finalize their dossiers on their targets and submit them as well. This part of the training is designed to show them the basic forms of counter-espionage and to learn how to curtail it while also leaving room for them to expand upon this knowledge in the field.

Part 9: Identification Forgery
This part of the training exercise would take place within the city of Warsaw utilizing the Polish Office of State Protection headquarters. From here they would attend classes on the various forms of identification. From passports and driver's licenses to birth certificates and social security. Most of their training, however, would focus on forging ID badges required at some companies they might have to infiltrate to gather information. They will be taught how to take passport like photos and how to insert these photos in laminated badges, as well as how to print and laminate them.

To test their knowledge, they will make forged identification for various museums, stores, and companies throughout Warsaw and attempt to gain access to the employee only areas. Once complete, they will proceed to the final part of the training exercise. The language training portion.
