I don't know what he's getting at, but moe's Rp is here is blatant metagaming (he even has the word in his RP), and not only is there no commander I've rped name Belligoy, and not only is there no ship called the Fottiti, and not only is there nothing called the "Italian Flotilla" (It's the Regia Marina), But I've made no calls or radio broadcasts that would be heard by him entering Alexandria...

So this is blatant metagaming.
