As the FRS Viola approached the Port of Nice it would radio the French Navy and Government. "This is the FRS Viola of Nigeria. Our guns are on safe and our crew at ease. We are carrying the Nigerian President and his guard and are here for a Goodwill mission as agreed to by your government. We request permission to dock."

The naval authorities at the argentine base in Alexandria would receive the encrypted transmission from the nigerian ships and guide them to their assigned docking positions. Towing boats would depart to their encounter and direct them to safety. Once secured, a bridge would be brought for the crews to descend and resupplying to begin efficiently.

Accomodations on land would be offered for the higher ranking officers of the nigerian ships.

Once the chinese ships arrive, a briefing would take place with further details.

The Crews of the FRS Abuja and FRS Goodluck would receive the towing lines from the boats and allow themselves to be guided carefully and safely into the docks. After securing the ports, the ships would be shut down and secured and prepared to be used to dock the sailors. Supplies would be received carefully and efficiently and the ships would be refueled. The petty officers would oversee all logistical rearmament, gaining valuable knowledge already. The higher ranking officers would follow the Argentine officers to see their accommodations. The Ship Captains would thank the Argentine officers for their hospitality, and present them with Nigerian Officer Sabres as a gift from the Navy.

The FRS Viola, receiving permission from the French state department, would proceed with docking procedures at the Port in Nice. The crew and sailors would carefully guide the frigate with the docking vessels into port. This would be done with the utmost care to ensure no mistakes or errors were made. After the successful docking the Nigerian President and his bodyguard detachment would disembark as the Sailors boarded the deck in Dress Uniform to salute as they left. The crew would then open the vessel, which had previously been disarmed, to the public for tours. The living quarters, ammunition and fuel storage as well as sensitive documents would be tightly secured away from the civilian population.
