HIMS Oslyabya leaving Fokino Naval Base

Operation: TAI-KADAI
Thai Pro-Monarchist Revolution
Classified & Encrypted
Operation Information

Following the meeting between King Rama IX and the Russian Ambassador to Switzerland, it was agreed that the Russian Empire would offer support to the Thai King in the hopes of aiding his pro-monarchist rebels in securing Bangkok and the country - reinstating the Thai monarchy in the country. This would be done in the hopes of instating a long-lasting constitutional monarchy within the country, ending Thailand's habits of military dictatorships and coups.

With that decision being made, the Kremlin would ready the Pacific Fleet and Far-East military forces for a joint-operation into the Gulf of Thailand and the Sea of Andaman, adding to the might of the Thai revolutionists. A total of 1,299 personnel would be gathered from the Russian Navy and the Naval Infantry with a total of 6 naval vessels to support them: 2 Udaloy II-class destroyers, 1 Kilo-class submarine, 1 Ropucha-class landing ship, 1 Vishnya-class intelligence collection ship, and 1 Boris Chilikin-class fleet oiler. Before their departure and the boarding of ships, all equipment, ships, and vehicles would be fully-supplied, fully-fueled, and fully-armed.

As the Ropucha-class landing ship could only carry a total of 340 troops at any one time, it would have been decided that the ship would perform a total of 3 runs from Vladivostok to Thailand - each time carrying roughly 340 troops, 12 APCs, and 3 logistical vehicles. On the first run, the following troops would board the Ropucha-class landing ship: 1st Mechanized Company, 1st Weapons Squad of the Grenade Launcher Platoon and its Platoon HQ, and the Maintenance Platoon. On the second run, the following troops would board the Ropucha-class landing ship: 2nd Mechanized Company and the 2nd Weapons Squad of the Grenade Launcher Platoon. On the third and final run, the following troops would board the Ropucha-class landing ship: 3rd Mechanized Company, the 3rd Weapons Squad of the Grenade Launcher Platoon, and the 24 pilots from the Centralnava Uglovaya Air Base.

Once the ships would leave the Fokino and Vladivostok Naval Bases they would meet in the Sea of Japan (PN). They would follow this route: PN > PM > PL > OK > OJ and would arrive at Pattani in roughly 40 hours.
