This kind of information normally isn't given to players for a number of reasons, but especially because the situation is still fluid. I myself have no idea how much my operations cost, nor does John or Sumit. These kinds of things are typically calculated afterwards, by taking all things into consideration.

There has been no operation costs for a few months, a cost will be decided afterwards based on the losses suffered.
Operation costs will be returning with the new economy system and a new formula.
