The Global Assembly has requested to the Lieutenant Grand Master that the Order deploy police forces to the Global Assembly Campus. The Lieutenant Grand Master has mobilized companies 1-5 of the 5^th Regiment of the Civil Guard for immediate deployment. These forces are to arrive on the island of Comino as soon as possible via the Air Force's helicopters- which will then return to Malta from where they launched once all forces are deployed. This will be done in an orderly fashion, and they will utilize the heliport on the island. Once on the island, these Civil Guardsmen will report Major Giorgio, who will report to the Acting Secretary General, or whom he appoints to handle security. The Civil Guardsmen are to obey all lawful orders from the GA security command structure, and are ordered to defend the Global Assembly, its personnel, and international visitors by any means necessary. These forces will be fed and given quarters by the Global Assembly. These forces will patrol during the day and night, and occupy spaces that are to be occupied by the future Global Assembly Police. If the Secretary General orders these forces to vacate Comino, they are to do so without question.
Command and control of these forces will remain with the Global Assembly until recalled by the Grand Master.

The Civil Guard were all delivered by helicopter without any issue. The helicopters and pilots returned to Malta as planned. Major Giorgio reported to the Secretariat to take orders from Global Assembly. His forces were prepared to occupy all spaces designated for the GA police so that they could keep the campus secure and safe.

A representative of the Acting Secretary General welcomed the Major to the GA Campus, guiding the troops from the helipad to the GA Police Headquarter. He handed him a document which contained the orders for his deployment. His troops were to ensure the external security of the Campus by posting soldiers at entry and exit points on the island. Furthermore, soldiers would be deployed to the various buildings of the Global Assembly as well as the Marble Grounds which acted as the residence of the Secretary General.

Soldiers not on duty would be provided for within the GA Police Headquarters, where there would be food, entertainment and quarters.

Because the police were now stationed in their new location, this operation was technically complete. The officers would remain at their post in Komino and continue to take direction from the Secretary General and the Global Assembly until the Global Assembly had their own Police Forces to do so. The Order of Malta, of course, would continue to maintain the right to pull the police back in the event of a major disaster or catastrophe of some kind. Otherwise, they would remain on the island of Comino and stay there for the foreseeable future, guarding the buildings and facilities on the island and defending it from any kind of incursion.
