Greetings from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan! For decades our two nations have enjoyed cordial relations across nearly every sphere of our respective societies and I'm hopeful that our ministries can work together to renew the warm bilateral relations historically enjoyed between our two nations.

I would like to propose that our two nations open embassies within our respective capitals, exchange ambassadors, and discuss the opening of consulates within the major cities of our two great nations. While to further promote the development of Franco-Pakistani bilateral relations, I would like to propose a meeting between our Ambassadors, either in Paris or Islamabad, in order to discuss a range of topics, from increasing trade between our two nations, various civil and military deals, deals regarding infrastructure, etc, etc.

Should this interest France as much as it does Pakistan, please let me know and I'll see to the details of appointing an ambassador and we can then discuss meeting arrangements, travel details, etc.

Looking forward to building strong Franco-Pakistani ties once again!

It is a pleasure to hear from you! Francia has always regarded Pakistan as a strong and faithful ally, naturally this communication acts to further our opinion of your nation. We would be delighted to begin the process of bilateral relations, we have a range of newly refurbished buildings in central Paris which would be perfect for the setting up of a new embassy. I would be delighted to meet with you to discuss how we can strengthen the bond between our two nations. We invite you to attend a meeting in Paris on the 12th April where we can discuss matters further, I shall make sure to arrange a full tour of Paris, should you wish to partake. Once you have organised transport, we shall make sure to have full security at Charles de Gaulle Airport to escort you to the Palais Bourbon building.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan and I would like to thank the Kingdom of Francia for your nations warm response to Pakistan's overtures of friendship to the Kingdom. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan considers and has long considered the Kingdom as one of our most fervent supporters within Western Europe and we hope that the Kingdom considers Pakistan similarly within South Asia.

I am overjoyed to hear that accomadations for a Pakistani Embassy within Central Paris can arranged for so quickly and I shall see to it that a suitable Embassy for the Kingdom of Francia is prepared within the Diplomatic Enclave within the heart of Islamabad. The opening of diplomatic missions and the exchange of Ambassadors between our respective nations will go far towards rekindling the strong bilateral relations and many bilateral agreements and commitments our nation's have enjoyed with one another.

Unfortunately my upcoming schedule is quite full, for which I am quite sad as I would love to visit your beautiful nation on an official assignment, but such is the nature of our work as diplomats. Nevertheless, I am able to dispatch an envoy representing the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which would include our Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Tariq Fatemi, as well as the Minister of Defense of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Khurram Dastgim Khan, who will represent the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and discuss various matters of bilateral significance and international importance to our two nations and our continued positive future relations going forward.
Please let me know if this is acceptable and I'll see to the details of their official visit to Paris.

We are saddened that you cannot attend the meeting yourself but are delighted to know that you are able to dispatch other envoys to Paris. We shall endeavour to provide them with luxury accommodation as well as arrange the necessary transport, including escort from Charles de Gaulle Airport. We have no doubt that the meeting will be filled with positivity, progress and continued collaboration between both of our countries. Paris always welcomes Pakistan.
