I am writing to you to inquire for a possible discussion of establishing bilateral relationships between Philippines and Norway.
Philippines has been friends with Norway, with bilateral relations way back 1948. Perhaps we can renew these relations and forge new agreements that will benefit both our countries.
Perhaps a videocall would be fine with you? I'd like to personally visit Norway to meet you but due to my current health condition, I may need to stay here in the Philippines for the meantime.
