Greetings,

I hope this message finds you well. We here in Poland are glad to see Serbia advancing towards yet another stabilized and democratic election. We feel we have been a bit remiss in stabilizing relations with other nations occupying the eastern European region, especially after your inclusion within the Grand European Summit. We would like to formally reestablish our diplomatic relations with your government and have several economic and social proposals to submit the Serbian Government if you should so wish it. A peaceful and diplomatically allied Eastern Europe creates a strong Europe and sustainable Europe and we wish to promote this idea outside of the soon to be active European Union.

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek
Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister

Hello, Thank you for reaching out.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. We the people of Serbia have had much turmoil in the past few years and with our recent government, bringing serbia to relative stability. We too would like to build relations with poland. With the polish support in the G.E.C we would love to open diplomatic talks with poland. as for a future and prosperous eastern europe. We would love to become apart of this in the future. for the future of Belgrade and Warsaw!

Greetings,

We are thankful for the Serbian support within the Grand European Summit and assisting in locating the Headquarters within Poznan. Seeing Serbia seeing some semblance of stability after previous years, gladdens our hearts. As stated before, we wish to bring close friendship to Eastern Europe, even outside of the burgeoning European Union. We would be ecstatic to host talks within the Imperial Castle in Poznan, to give you a preview of the European Union Headquarters as well to show the Serbian people that Poland wishes to have a friendship outside of normal values and outside of stuffy conference rooms. Both of our nations have natural and architectural beauty that cannot be witnessed from within the confines of a building in the middle of a city.

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek
Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister

Hello,
Im sure Mr President would love to go to Poznan as with the recent election and the stress of the assassination attempt on his life about a month back perhaps a vacation/Diplomatic mission could be great for him. how about in 1 or 2 weeks as he prepares for the trip, Then he can Perhaps also negotiate the improvement of the Serbian Embassy in Warsaw and the Polish Embassy in Belgrade to signify a growing relationship.

Even after the election we can host a polish travel to belgrade!

Greetings,

Poznan would be the perfect place for a vacation after such ordeals. Especially if one is a fan of architecture and medieval history. We will expect the itinerary for the trip as well as the President for his visit within the next couple of weeks. I'm sure we can account for some sort of entertainment to allow the President to decompress if you were to fill us in on some of his hobbies and tastes in music.

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek

Hello,

Milan is a big fan of Classical and Big Bang orchestra, He also is a fan of Theater and of course Golf. Yet he is a big fan of Architecture and i'm sure he would love the tour of poznan. Yet this is not just a normal vacation we should have meeting discussing the future of Polish-Serbian Relations. So perhaps we should set up a schedule for the trip a couple of day we can tour the city and take in the architectural beauty of Poznan and the rest we can establish greater relations.

I hope this message finds you well,

We are gladdened to hear that President Milan is a fan of the classical arts as well as architecture. Poznan is home to all of these things. We are also aware that this is not the typical vacation for someone and we have full intention on discussing the future of Polish-Serbian Relations. Our chief goal in asking President Milan to visit the beautiful city of Milan is to strengthen our relations, we wish to strengthen these relations outside of talks behind closed doors. We feel that it would go a long way for both the Polish citizens and Serbian citizens to see our two great leaders becoming friends while our nations become friends. Solidarity and unity through true friendship that opens the doorway to a united Eastern Europe and Europe as a whole.

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek

Hello,

With that being said we are going to prepare for this trip how does the first of december sound for it Giving us time to prepare for the trip and you time to prepare the meeting room and the ammeditys. Perhaps you can consider inviting more participants to the meeting. so we can build an alliance with all eastern powers rapidly. We also must consider the situation with russia, do we allow russia to be in this eastern bloc or do we only allow the rest of the east in?

Greetings,

December works well for us. We will be sure to put that on the calendar to avoid any mishaps in scheduling.

As for inviting more participants, we have considered it. As of present the only additional participant we have considered would be the Republic of Ukraine. While we have not thought about including Russia into this alliance of sorts but we are amenable to this idea. We are eager to hear more of your ideas regarding this Eastern Bloc.

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek

Milan Has been prepped and he is ready for a visit to poland, if you would like to invite others im sure he is open to the idea he has prepared for a week long trip to poznan. The eastern bloc is an excellent idea we are happy to discuss the idea in person. perhaps you could be a mediator for a meeting with Bosnia and Serbia to discuss the relations of the balkans. It would be a great start for the relations of the east and be a stepping stone to de-escalating the balkans.

Greetings,

I am elated to hear the President Milan is eager for his visit to Poznan and that he intends to stay for a week. We feel a week is not long enough to enjoy all that is offered within the city, but we feel the talks will be more than enough to substantiate any curiosity President Milan has in Polish culture and customs.

As for acting as mediator between Bosnia and Serbia, I am sure we can accommodate this and are humbled to be offered such a prestigious opportunity to bring Eastern Europe closer together. We are attempting to reestablish contact with the Bosnian state sometime soon and will be willing to offer this mediatorship to them once those talks have begun.

As for inviting others, while we are open to the idea we feel it is necessary to elevate Polish-Serbian relation between our two nations first before inviting potential members into this proposed Eastern European treaty

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
Kingdom of Poland
