Minister Gryshchenko, First I would like to congratulate your administration on their win and Ukraine's reemergence on the international forum. Poland has long considered Ukraine to be his sister nation within the region. Our first order of business in reestablishing diplomatic relations would be the continued usage of the Polish embassy within Kyiv. We would also like to reestablish the Memorandum of Understanding on Education with the Republic of Ukraine as well as continuing the trade pact. We would also like the continued usage of the existing Polish embassy within Kyiv and would offer the same towards the Ukrainian Embassy within Warsaw. The secondary objective to this diplomatic communication would be to exploring additional areas of economic cooperation between our two nations that will hopefully lead to deeper understanding and relations between our two nations. We feel be expanding our relationship in these areas we can create a safer, better, and more modern Eastern Europe that will become a paragon of freedom not seen previously within the region. It is Poland's belief that by having a cooperative agreement between the regional players such as Poland, Ukraine, and Russia we can throw off the stigma on Eastern Europeans and become a beacon of economic and societal progress for the rest of Europe, and subsequently the world. |
Regards, Asia Dudek Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kingdom of Poland |
