Minister Xin Weizou,
I apologize for this being our first method of communication between our two nations, however after the recent attack on the Indian national that resulted in the young lady's death, it has been my government's choice to issue a travel advisory for your nation. Due to this, we will be requesting all Polish nationals leave the area during the duration of the travel advisory. We will also be assisting other foreign nationals who wish to leave the region do so as well utilizing our embassy staff for Thailand as we have yet to open an embassy within Singapore. As a protective measure we will sending a task force from the Polish Royal Navy to assist in the evacuation of foreign nationals who wish to leave the region. What we are requesting is permission to enter Singaporean Air Space as well as permission to utilize Changi Airport to land helicopters to evacuate those foreign nationals within Singapore who are unable to leave Singapore due to financial reasons.

It is our greatest hope that the unrest is peacefully resolved as soon as possible so that we can formalize our relationship and establish an embassy on your grounds and begin promoting tourism. Until we feel it is safe for our citizens within your nation, we will maintain the travel advisory.

Asia Dudek

We are also saddened by this unfortunate situation we find ourselves in, the government of Singapore understands the concerns of the Polish government, we will ensure that no foreign nationals are hurt during this tumultuous time. Despite a travel advisory being put in place, we empathize with such unfortunate yet understandable actions by foreign governments, for we have also implemented such actions to many nations facing potential unrests, but to bring the Polish navy, through the Malacca straight, is already concerning to our eyes, but to do it even before giving prior notice to launch such an operation, with respect, my government fully considers this an act of discourtesy and highly provocative, and I fear this will potentially affect future bilateral relations between our two great nations.

We strongly oppose this provocative maneuver, which should have been resolved without the use of a foreign nations military arm. Our national airport, Changi, and our ports are still very much capable of carrying such operations, and our government is quite glad to provide above and beyond efforts to people with special needs, since foreigners and citizens alike are always free to go in and out the country. For the polish navy to sail into the Malacca straight, for we both agree that no country needs Singapore's permission to sail through international waters, but to do it without notice and to even plan and request such operation is in direct offense against our sovereignty.

Since the polish government is unliterally in support of such actions we require to cease any military aircraft flying inside our airspace, hence we shall limit any flyby strictly to civilian aircraft, such as civilian helicopters or small airplanes.

Our nation shall monitor any foreign aircraft or activities within our territorial zone.

We are still open to foster positive bilateral relations with our European counterparts as we wholly admire European innovation, culture and ingenuity, but this "act before asking" decision made by your government, is frowned upon by us, expect a full diplomatic protest on behalf of my government and a small stain in a supposedly clean paper between our two nations.

Minister Xin Weizou,

While I understand the position you find yourself in. I am sure Poland would feel the same way should a foreign navy be performing the same maneuvers near our own shores. However, we here in the Kingdom of Poland find issue with the statement that you will "ensure no foreign nationals are hurt during the tumultuous time" when in fact you have already failed to do so. At the very best your police forces are incompetent and are in dire need of additional training. Worst case scenario leads us to believe your police forces do not care about the sanctity of life. But I do not wish to cast further shadow on future diplomatic relations between Singapore and Poland.

In response to the statement we have not given prior notice to the launch of the operation, the first communication was prior notice of the operation. The task force in question is returning to Poland after an extended deployment in the Pacific conducting military exercises. While I understand your government's stance on foreign nations entering the Malacca Strat, the Task Force is currently situated in the Riau Archipelago, but, as your press release stated, this is international waters. Waters that are shared with the Gulf of Thailand, which is currently one of Poland's allies in the Asian Region. In the light of full disclosure, the Task Force was already going to be conducting exercises in the region on their return to Poland.

As for the request to cease military traffic into Singaporean Airspace, Poland is not currently operating any aircraft within your airspace and would never do so without permission from your government. In regards to the statement that Poland is "Acting before Asking" is absurd as it is clear there was a clear request for permission to assist foreign nationals who are unable to book safe passage out of Singapore due to financial, or other, reasons.

A public condemnation of Poland's actions when International Law has been followed is concerning towards our government.
