To Whom it May Concern, With the increase of tensions between the Kingdom of Canada and the Empire of France, the Kingdom of Poland has decided it is in the best interest to have a show of force to deter foreign forces from exerting foreign power into the continent of Europe. It promote unity among European powers, the Kingdom of Poland is requesting permission to dock at the following naval bases to refuel and resupply during their patrol missions. Brest Cherbourg Should this be agreeable, you should expect the ships within the week and will continue to occupy the area of Northern and Western France for the next few months as a deterrence.

The Ministry of the Armed Forces would respond that Polish ships, along with any other European vessels, were free to dock, resupply and refuel in French ports.
