Subject: Humanitarian Efforts
Greetings,
It is of my utmost honor to contact you in these trying times. As we have observed over the past few weeks, the situation in the pacific has spun out of control as various groups sought to assess damage without much support. In response, it is my responsibility to contact you that Portugal is willing to help the pacific nations in reconstruction efforts. While we may not be able to provide immediate funding, private organizations here are collecting a total sum of 10 Million USD for donation, I would like to announce to you that we will be willing to let the New Zealand government take control of one (1) of our Lockheed C-141 Starlifter, along with two (2) of our AW101 Merlin Helicopters. These aircraft along with her crew, will be handed out to your government to aid in international relief efforts for the time being.
We do expect the return of these aircraft and personnel once everything is in order, damage has been assessed, and further reconstruction efforts and humanitarian missions can be handed over to your government or to other nations. To provide a simple fall back clause, we will be expecting these aircraft and her crew 3 months after this message has been sent, regardless of whatever happens. I do believe that these assets have been utilized to their full potential by then...
