I am sorry to announce to you but Portugal currently has a deficit of Plastics, I would be happy to replace this problem by offering Mineral fuel (Oil) instead. Please state the period and port of delivery for trade. In regards to Portugal's needs, We would request a Monthly delivery of Machinery and iron Ores to Lisbon.
