Hu Jintao, General Secretary of the People’s Republic of China speaks from within Zhongnanhai, the presidential palace in front of cameras that broadcast both a video and radio signal across the country. The announcement that the Secretary General would speak came only hours earlier but would quickly advertised to tens of millions of Chinese using radios and television Via state media, encouraging viewership.

Comrades and Friends,

Today we mark the start of a new year of the west, not of China but of the United States, Japan, and Europe where China has becoming a rising power once more that these nations must not ignore. From our roots and early dynasties China has been the center of the world, economically, culturally, and military but in the last two centuries I regret that this has not been the case, instead we as a nation have been divided by conflict and strife which lead to the disintegration of the powerful China that existed centuries before. I though do not come to speak to you for a history lesson but for a future lesson that many will soon understand outside our great borders, that China is back and ready to retake it’s rightful place on the world stage.

Moving forward the People’s Republic of China will re-adopt the one China policy on all matters, nations that refuse to see the People’s Republic as the one and only true China will not bear witness to our wealth of Trade opportunities and any political acknowledgment whatsoever. There will be no exceptions, why should China excuse the support of a terrorist state that is governed by those who seek money, greed, and capitalist power? Those that have recently or in the past declared their support for the self proclaimed and unrecognized Chinese Republic will pay, their acceptance throws dirt into the face of every Chinese man, woman, and child whose own existence is because of a state that this so called republic calls the “unreal China”. We will reunite at any cost, to finally bring peace to China once and for all.

As we grow year after year we will defend communist values and principles, that is why I must turn to the global collapse at this very moment, the dystopia that is unfolding all around us and that started with the collapse of the United Nations. The amount of instability worldwide at this moment is unprecedented, wars between once allies now seem all too common and governments rise and fall within weeks, this is why the People’s Republic will be dedicating multiple 4th army divisions to international peacekeeping in the coming weeks to stop conflicts that kill hundreds of thousands. China will also be supporting a upcoming international bill to restrict the sale of long range Ballistic, surface to air, and cruise missiles in order to ensure global peace. Along with this China will be restricting all arms sales to nations currently at war in order to secure that certain factions are not a danger to the international community.

With this I want to thank everyone here tonight and I will leave you all with Vice Admiral… (Various other speeches on the acquisition of Taiwan and Domestic Politics would go on the radio waves for several more hours)

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade would reiterate its commitment to peaceful Cross-Strait relations between China and Taiwan and that any moves to unilaterally revoke the status quo will be met with opposition from the Australian Government. Australia maintains its position of the One China Policy, that China and Taiwan should not be separate nations but maintains strategic ambiguity on who is the legitimate government of China and by virtue, Taiwan. Australia will continue to maintain a diplomatic presence in Taiwan through the Australian Office in Taipei.
