On behalf of the People's Republic, I wish to congratulate Prime Minsiter Hamilton on his electoral victory. With the rise of new administrations in both China and Australia, we feel that it is a perfect opportunity to reforge our bilateral relations and seek areas of cooperation which would result in mutual gain. I have attached the accreditation of Ambassador Ling Chou to this communique, who has been assigned to represent my government in Canberra.

I hope that it is possible to schedule a meeting between Ambassador Ling Chou and a representative of the Australian government as to establish our bilateral ties.

Upon receiving notification of the meeting, Ambassador Ling collected his documents and placed them in a briefcase before stepping into a waiting diplomatic vehicle. Upon arriving at the office of the Deputy Prime Minister the ambassador would enter through the main entrance and make his way to the reception to inform them of his arrival.

The Deputy Prime Minister would prepare her at her office. Preparing the files required if needs be. Security would be upright and ready for whenever the Ambassador is to arrive.

Upon arriving at the office of the Deputy Prime Minister the ambassador would enter through the main entrance and make his way to the reception to inform them of his arrival. He would most likely be escorted through the building by security to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

Entering the room the Ambassador stepped forward to greet the Deputy Prime Minister.

The Deputy Prime Minister would be at the reception awaiting for the arrival. She stood waiting for the Ambassador, as he entered a nod followed by a handshake to greet the Ambassador.

"G'day, how are you?"

The Ambassador would be gestured to be followed by the Deputy Prime Minister to her office. As they entered, the Deputy Prime Minister Tomlinson would gesture for the Ambassador to enter first. "Please, make yourself comfortable. Do you wish for any drink? Tea or Coffee?"

"Good afternoon Deputy Prime Minister. Than you for hosting this meeting, I am eager to establish lasting bilateral relations between our two nations."

"Could I trouble you for a cup of tea?"

The Deputy Prime Minister would begin the process of making tea. She'd begin to talk at the same time.
