Discussions took place between the Chinese and Belgian governments to send Chinese troops to the nation in the hopes of deterring other nations from invading it. The Chinese soldiers would assure that the citizens of Belgium would have humanitarian supplies delivered to them and that they would not suffer at the hands of war. The troops, while focusing on humanitarian aid to the citizens of Belgium would also be prepared for war in the event that other nations would invade Belgium.

However, the troops of China would not be invading other nations on the behalf of Belgium and if Belgium were to fire the first shot, the troops were ordered to leave the nation.

All six landing platform docks, with the endurance of 1-1.5 months, would leave from Hong Kong at full speed with full supplies. They would follow the oceans to Belgium under the grids of OL>OK>OJ>NJ>MJ>LK>KL>KM>JM>IM>IN>JO. If calculations were properly made, the six ships would arrive in Belgian waters in roughly five days, having far more than enough supplies to assure a safe and comfortable journey. All ships would also remain in international waters and avoid all national waters.

The six landing platform docks would have reached the Red Sea with ease. They would still have hundreds of kilometers worth of fuel left and more than enough supplies for them to wait around for the Egyptian authorities to answer them. The six landing platform docks would station themselves in international waters off the shores of the Egyptian port city of Berenice Troglodytica. The ships would anchor down and use the less amount of fuel as possible while still keeping the ships safely afloat and in position, away from physical dangers to the hull.

The officers of the ships would have privately contacted the city and port officials explaining the situation; the Chinese government had contacted the Egyptian government and the ships were awaiting approval to dock in the city to refuel and carry on through the Suez Canal to their destination.

The ships would also be anchored out of the way from any passing ships through the Red Sea, either commercial or military and the Chinese flags would be removed to avoid identification, which would surely be no problem for the Egyptian authorities as the landing platform docks had already identified themselves.

With the go-ahead given by the Egyptian authorizes, the landing platform docks would raise their anchors and, one ship at a time, would dock at the port city and refuel to their maximum capacities. Once the three Rotterdam-class and three Fourde-class landing platform docks had completed their refueling they would return to international waters within the Red Sea and make their way to the Suez Canal.

As the Egyptian authorities has allowed for the ships to pass free of charge the landing platform docks would have worked their plan ahead of time: they would pass through the Suez Canal one behind each other and would assure that no complications or errors would be made while doing so, once they would be through the Suez Canal they would remain in international waters throughout the Mediterranean Sea and head through the Gibraltar Straight and reach their destination.

They would reach the Suez Canal in roughly 9 hours.

The chinese flotilla would be given authorization to enter egyptian territorial waters by the authorities in Cairo, as well as the necessary supplies at one of their ports. All asosciated costs would be covered by the egyptian state given the strategic alliance between both nations and the humanitarian nature of the fleets mission.

All safety precautions would be taken to guarantee a safe passage and navigation through egyptian waters, ordering commercial and private maritime traffic to stay clear of the chineses vessels transiting these waters.

The Minister of Intelligence was alerted to reports of a Chinese fleet consisting of "large ships" in the Red Sea, off the coast of Egypt. Further investigation wasn't very fruitful beyond slightly more detailed descriptions of them that led the Ministry of Defense to believe they were large transport ships.

The Minister of Intelligence passed this information to the Minister of Defense. A private emergency meeting of Council of State was arranged. The Minister of Intelligence explained all known information about the large number of Chinese vessels in the Red Sea, which were crossing the Suez Canal. The Minister of Intelligence securely contacted the Director General of The Swedish Security and Intelligence Service and informed him of this information as well. It was not clear where the ships were heading, but it was obvious they were going into the Mediterranean Sea. In the eyes of the Minister of Intelligence, unless the Chinese wanted to do some kind of major exercise in the Atlantic with Landing Ships that had no escorts, they were bringing troops to another country. The Minister being a logical man deduced that they may very well be going to Belgium, since they're a communist state as well. All of this information was securely passed to the Swedes.

It now having been more than 19 hours of travel, the six landing platform docks would reach Belgian waters after having past through the Suez Canal, the Straights of Gibraltar, and the English Channel. With now arriving at the Belgian coast, the six ships would wait outside of the Port of Zeebrugge, anchored at 51°21'17.9"N 3°08'46.3"E. They would privately contact the Belgian government to notify them of their arrival and that they requested immediate refueling rights and docking rights to the Port of Zeebrugge.

In the mean time, the crew of the landing platform docks would use their binoculars to scan both the land and waters around them to assure themselves of no possible dangers from foreign powers such as the Netherlands, United States, the United Kingdom, and other potential powers. They would also watch the Belgian coast line and sky line very carefully to assess the current situation in the nation relating to the protests and revolts in the nations.

The People's Temporary Administration would grant the Chinese vessels the right to refuel and dock as requested to dispense its wares in the service of peace and the defense of the revolution against the forces of reaction at the port of Zeebrugge.

Secure

The HMS Leif Erikson would detect the Chinese ships. As much information as possible would be gathered about the Chinese vessels, including how many ships there were and what direction they appeared to be heading. The ships passed within a few miles of each other. They would be tracked for as long as possible, and this information would be securely recorded. Some of the information included the type of ship, any aircraft that appeared to be on board, any markings on the ships, and any other identifying features. The captain of the ship would securely inform the Swedes that they were going to full power to get out of Belgian waters on the aforementioned path. Once they were out of Belgian waters, the vessel would divert to be just outside of Belgians territorial waters, and would avoid reentering them, as it began heading East again. The plan had changed. All of this information would be securely relayed back to the Royal Navy, and the Ministry of Defense.

The Belgian Government would request that vessels of Swedish or Norwegian origin and military bearing cease and desist all further operations in Belgian territorial waters.

The People's Army was to be placed on high alert while the national guard proceeded to advance to various points of closure so as to keep watch on coastal points of access. Fishermen would be advised to contact the national guard in the event of siting abnormal activity deemed problematic with respect to the public's well being.

The six landing platform docks would find harbor room in the Port, safety away from each other and other obstacles to avoid damage or destruction to the ships. They would refuel to their maximum capacities one at a time until they were all fueled up. By now the plan would have been to disembarked and make their way to Brussels, however the Minister of Finance and the Minister of National Defense had privately contacted the ships as they were docking in the Port of Zeebrugge; they were to leave and return to mainland China at once.

The reason was kept hidden from the officers of the ships but the government of China wanted the troops out of Belgium immediately: it had purchased a singular ship for 10,000,000,000.00$ and had destroyed their economy permanently. No matter what China could have done to help, it would not have been enough - Belgium was lost and there was no point in losing Chinese lives over a forsaken nation.

After the ships had refueled, they would leave the port one at a time, avoiding obstacles. They would follow the route that they had used to first arrive to Belgium to return home. They would reach the Suez Canal in 19 hours and China in roughly 5 days.

The civilians at the port were surprised at the presence of an entire fleet of Chinese vessels in the habour at Zeebrugges. After five hours these vessels vanished into the night sky as though it was little more than a dramatic fantasy. Apart from that, nothing happened. The planned arrival of troops was a rather tame affair to say the least, but there was little in the way of positive things to say about recent events that had transpired between Belgium and the Kingdoms of Sweden and Norway involving the purchase of a Japanese Osami Class Tank Lander formerly in the service of the Swedish Navy for 6 billion francs. They didn't really know it at the time, that an economic calamity was already in the making.

With the ships having reached the Suez Canal, procedures would be taken to pass through the canal safely and effectively to assure that no damages were dealt to the ships and the equipment within. Once the ships had passed through the Suez they once again reached the Port City of Berenice Troglodytica. There they would dock one at a time, refueling their their full capacities. After some time, each ship would be full in fuel and they would once again form up into their formation and stay within international waters as they sailed back to Hong Kong, China.

They would reach the mainland in some three days.

The six landing platform docks would arrive in the South China Sea and would reach the Port of Hong Kong. Each docking one at a time to disembark the troops and their equipment, after all six had done so they would each refuel to their maximum capacities and then they would all sail back to the ports in which they were assigned by the People's Liberation Marine Corps.

When each Landing Platform Dock had arrived to their ports, Operation Everlasting Peace would be considered completed. The Chinese government would refuse to make this operation public and they would deny the ships having ever arrived in European waters.
