PROJECT INFORMATION	​ The Alicao Overpass is a five kilometre, 4-lane wide grade-separated elevated motorway in central Luanda. The overpass will connect the main traffic arteries of Av.21 de Janerio and N'dunduma Rd, completely eliminating the need for traffic to pass through Luanda city centre when travelling north to south and vice versa. This will significantly alleviate congestion within the city and reduce travel times. Along with Av.21 de Janerio, Ndunduma Rd and the EN100 motorway, the Alicao Overpass will create the first Luanda ring road.
