PROJECT INFORMATION	RNZAF Base Wigram has fallen into a state of minor disrepair since the last flying units moved out a few years prior. To remedy the minor disrepair present, the new New Zealand Alliance government would invest a million dollars into the refurbishment of the airbase. This would include the rebuilding of all 7 hangers, the upscaling of aviation fuel supplies, the creation of a medium-sized weapon cache to house the weapons of any squadron based there, and the expansion and hardening of the runway to handle CA.76 cargo aircraft.
