| PROJECT INFORMATION | Everything below is performed under the upmost secrecy, and none of the information below is kept on paper or in databases. The Honourable Indian Company (HIC), through clandestine divisions within its military, civil service, and commercial departments, is establishing a secret narcotics production and trafficking network across remote frontier territories under Company rule. This network consists of two heroin-processing laboratories and one methamphetamine super lab, positions specifically to maximize concealment, logistical efficiency, and export access into Nepal, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sir Lanka, and Myanmar. Lab A: Heroin Laboratory Built in a dense forest belt outside Palamgarh, a secluded district near the Himalayan foothills in Jammu & Kashmir. The purpose will be to produce high-grade heroin for Nepalese, China, and Pakistanian markets. Using brown heroin base, the laboratory will produce heroin of ~85% purity at around 200 kg per week. This, with current market value, should bring around 5,650,000 USD in revenue per week. The laboratory is a two-level underground complex beneath a fake Company agricultural research post. It possesses sterile, climate-controlled heroin-processing chambers. Negative-pressure ventilation. On the surface cover there are terraced farms and HIC supply warehouses. A large elevator is connected to these warehouses, which goes down to the underground laboratory. From these warehouses, the heroin is then loaded aboard trucks and brought out to be exported. Lab B: Methamphetamine Super Lab Built in thick jungle terrain near Sevoke, east of Siliguri, in East Bengal. The purpose is to produce ~96% pure crystal meth and mass-production of Yaba tablets with a ~35% purity. Export focus will be Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, Sir Lanka, and China. The super lab is a subterranean bunker system with reinforced, lead-lined walls. Automated chemical mixers, pill press lines, and neutralization pits. Mass ventilation systems with canopy-hidden exhaust systems. Production per week is aimed to be 600 kg of methamphetamine per week. This will be divided into 400 kg of crystal meth while another 200 kg will be pressed into Yaba tablets, producing somewhere around 400,000 tablets a week. Revenue per week is estimated to be 5,260,000USD per week. Lab C: Heroin Laboratory Located in the remote hill terrain in Assam. Purpose is the production of compressed heroin bricks for Myanmar and China-bound networks. These heroin bricks are aimed to have a purity of ~80%. The super lab will be multi-module underground clusters carved into limestone escarpments. Rail trolleys will move product inside internal tunnels. Hidden shafts will lead towards rivers. Surface cover is a large HIC health research station. Production is to aim for 285 kg worth of bricks, which is aimed to produce 896,000USD of revenue per week. Common for Each Facility Each facility will be equipped with diesel generator fields and battery backups, isolated water filtration/purification plants, and cold-storage vaults for precursor chemicals. HIC-built road with monsoon-proof drainage will give access and ease transport back-and-forth. Concealed garages for modified cargo wagons and trucks will be built. Mule stables for routes too steep for vehicles. For communication, encrypted company communication uplinks will be built. Alongside closed surveillance networks linked to movable command caravans and IR perimeter alarms and hidden sentry posts. Lastly, biohazard disposal trenches and industrial autoclaves alongside field clinics for chemical exposure and burns. |
