PROJECT INFORMATION | The HQ presents a modern, understated Polish modernist aesthetic, blending security, prestige, and functionality. The Main HQ building rises 10 stories with a limestone and light-ceramic façade, accented by vertical fins that subtly evoke the winged hussar motif. Its feature lobby opens onto a landscaped Flag Court with a shallow reflecting pool doubling as a vehicle standoff zone. Connected via controlled glass bridges, the Showroom & Demo Pavilion features high-bay, glass-walled exhibition spaces for armored vehicles, UAVs, and other defense systems, while exterior hardstands allow for static displays. The Secure Programs & Engineering Wing is a discreet, reinforced structure with shielded windows and SCIF-level access, conveying capability without ostentation. The Training & Conference Center is a three-story block with glazed entrances and secure internal circulation, while underground sections house the Operations & Security Command, EMP-hardened and fully shielded. Landscape elements, including tree-lined buffer zones and subtle water features, create visual separation from public roads while emphasizing approach sequences for visiting delegations. Location Bemowo, Warsaw – Adjacent to Warsaw–Babice Airport (EPBC) for VIP and helicopter access, rapid secure road links to MoD and city center. Representative Office in Wola, Warsaw – Prestige setting for diplomacy, media, and ceremonial events. Design Specification Based on modern secure defense campuses, adapted for export control, client engagement, and sovereign partnerships of the Kingdom of Poland. Site Composition Main HQ Building: 6 stories above ground with 3 floors of subgrade secure parking. Executive leadership, export control, finance, and regional sales hubs.
