| PROJECT INFORMATION | This R&D centre will focusing on the development, regulation and authorisation of clinical trials and the commercialisation of sanitary products for human use, the planification and evaluation of those products , the authorisation of clinical laboratories, develop the specific rules to ensure the quality of the medical products and inspect all sanitary products of the central government competence. The agency has powers over the control, evaluation and authorisation of animal health products and their development. It will house a single building with various departments in Madrid, Spain. It will have a administration level, a security system and section, laboratories and research facilities, it will include a hospital ward and accessory divisions for it, canteen and kitchen for food distribution, it will also have a simple warehouse and a refrigerated warehouse, it will also feature a parking lot and normal cement walls for a perimeter security. It will also house a training and school facility to train new members to its staff core. Additional it will have a separate and distanced section for the containment of dangerous bacteria, virus and others, with various security and safety systems in place to ensure its safe containment and research. All equipment, tools and materials will be the state of art in this age. |
