PROJECT INFORMATION | Independent National Anti-Corruption Commission (INACC) and Anti-Corruption Police The State of the Nation Review published in November 2006 revealed the dramatic extent of nationwide, systemic corruption within Tanzania. Corruption drained the national economy of an estimated $5.61 billion (USD) per year, equal to 7% of the country’s GDP. The National Anti-Corruption and Transparency Act (NATA) passed by the National Assembly aims to combat this corruption. Targets:
