PROJECT INFORMATION | The National Homeland Defense Project is the first step in securing Turkey for the upcoming likely conflict with the State of Israel and possible allies. The Project is to be administered by the Turkish Army command and National Security Council. The first step of the project is the reinforcement of the largest 8 major industrial centers and cities within the Republic. The following cities will be reinforced for this project: Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Konya, Antalya, Gölcük, Adana, Kocaeli. These cities will be fitted with the following defense infrastructure to ensure safety from aerial attacks and raids on Infrastructure, Military Assets, and key cultural sectors. Twenty evenly concrete reinforced Anti-Aircraft Gun towers fitted with 24V Spotlights to identify low flying aircraft. These will hold Oerlikon GDF Guns which will have two guns to a single tower. Ten Concrete reinforced pits with cleared space around and camouflage for Rapier FSB SAM. One command center for Lockheed AN/FPS-117 without obstructions for clear identification of Hostile Aircraft. Reinforced Bunker for storage of a S-300 missile system that can be moved to any location citywide for instant deployment. Air raid sirens for Civilians in case of an impending aerial attack. Light Bunkers for Key personnel and local government: Capacity of 5,000, 50 bunkers in each city. Concrete Defenses for the installation of two 4K44 Redut to guard waters immediately off coast of city(4 cities apply for this upgrade.
