Tensions in Tokyo are rising as anti-communists are protesting at the streets in Tokyo. People are unhappy about the current government and the rising communism in Japan.

Police are asking to avoid going to Tokyo with the car as Protesters are blocking the streets and highways to Tokyo.

There are currently more than 1000 police officers at the protests to maintain the peace. There are also 500 riot police and 5 water cannons for when the protests turn into a riot.

The Brazilian Embassy would exercise caution and ask its citizens to avoid areas of conflict, but advise to always grab a nice bowl of black curry in the Jimbocho district far away from the protest areas and sit humbly with a book.

Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs issues a statement allowing safe refuge of Swedish nationals at the embassy.
The very short statement from the government encourages diplomacy and democracy - two words that would put an end to any unnecessary violence.

The Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany commented on the riots, calling them, "a vehement and horrid, yet necessary, reaction of the Japanese people to a government they did not want. The Federal Foreign Minister would, after issuing a caution to all German diplomatic missions and citizens within Japanese borders as of the moment, also issue criticisms against the Japanese government for not listening to its protestors and acknowledging any concerns they would have.
"It is a tragedy when a country claiming to be 'for the people' tramples on their individual rights for their own benefit. The Japanese government could, and should learn from a former war partner that, while a government needs to be strong, it should still remember its place as subservient to the People. That being said, I will commend on the efforts of the government on dispersing the riots without too much incident."

VideoMessage on live tv from the Prime Minister to all the citizens of Japan.

Dear ladies and gentlemen

First of all I would like to condolence to the family of Mitsuharu Ideguchi. Mr. Ideguchi died last night at the hospital due to the head injuries from late weeks protests. Mr. Ideguchi was loved by his colleagues at the Metropolitan police department in Tokyo.

The protests from last week were unacceptable. People got injured, property got destroyed and streets got vandalized. We will punish the people that are responsible for the damages and the death of Mr. Ideguchi. Protecting the citizens is biggest priority the government has. Meaning that the police will use force to keep the citizens and themselves safe.
I know people aren't happy about the current situations but voilence can never be the answer to the current situations we are facing. We cannot and we will never forget what violence did to us and the rest of the world.

The government is doing everything they can to keep the economy growing and the people satisfied.
We hope you will give us the time to solve the problems we are currently facing today and tomorrow.

'He bows for the camera and then the video message ends.'

The Embassy of the German Reich in Tokyo demanded cross-referencing with any passports or ID that they may have been carrying, to properly identify the two suspects as German citizens and, if the law permitted it in Japan, to extradite the vandals back to German soil should they have been found to be German citizens to face a proper German trial. However, it was also be noted that the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Ministry of Justice were going to cooperate as much as possible with their Japanese counterparts.
