Hi there...so, I think that the majority of people who know what's going on with Russia at the moment can agree that Emira being LOA without giving proper notice is just...rather strange. Emira has been gone, for months, leaving Russia stagnant and without a player to actually keep it up. As has been stated by multiple players, as well as the admins themselves, this is not the first time Emira has vanished without a trace. I'm submitting this ticket to throw in my own complaints on why Russia should be given to some other player in order to keep the RP moving on, or to be removed from the equation entirely (as I was told was the likely scenario that was going to happen).
It is annoying, likely not just to me, that the player who plays Russia disappears for months before returning, only to say that it was all LOA without letting anyone know beforehand if it was actually LOA. I do not feel that Emira should be given control of such a powerful nation, control, instead, should be given to a player that has proven themselves active and is willing to state when they will be gone, and for how long they can guess or say. Having had experience with similar players before on other sites, I can safely that this is NOT the way that it should be handled, and it should, instead, be left available either to a more active player, or a new player who can prove themselves.
