The proposed total price for these combined holdings is 25,129,158,000, with the following individual valuations:

• Russian Helicopters JSC, 50% stake for 7,490,124,000
• United Shipbuilding Corporation, 50% stake for 17,639,034,000

We are prepared to negotiate regarding the structure and timing of payment, if this is of interest. Our preference is to reach a direct, mutually beneficial agreement with the Russian Government as we commit to the re-identification of Nexus Systems. Please note that if this is not of interest or no agreement can be reached, these will be considered for public sale.

The Turkish Government is eager to negotiate a potential agreement on the buying of Nexus' 2% stake and would welcome a Nexus delegation to Ankara to meet with potential Turkish buyers. Regarding the negotiation, if of interest to Nexus, the main area of discussion would be the price of the stake, given the current trading price of $131,861,313.76. We of course recognize the need for Nexus to cash out and gain a profit and are willing to find a reasonable price to buy out your 2% stake. If such a discussion is of interest to Nexus, we are ready to arrange a meeting in Ankara and ask that Nexus bring the original documents for its purchase of its 2% stake.
