Hello I'm Col Patrick of the 1 Infantry Battalion, Irish Defence Force. I'm writing today because do to multiple attempts to contact Zaire we have had no response recently. Our military is staged and ready to deploy and only require an active runway to land on. If your forces on ground can secure the runway at Mugabe Airport, we will land immediately and provide our forces to the collation. I eagerly await your reply.
