Following unfortunate and quite honestly disturbing developments in our constituent republics, their governments have been suspended and I have been given the title of First Citizen and taken a monarchical position, not unlike that of Gaius Octavian Augustus Caesar. To assure both of my dedication and the Senate's dedication to continued peace and stability in the Mediterranean, I would like to extend a reaffirmation of our agreement to maintain embassies in each others capital, as well as to continue the former Consul's offer to meet with a representative of your government
