From: DAPA Procurement Director Kim Jaebeom

Subject: Purchase of Military Goods

Security: Private and encrypted Protected by the NIS and MoFA DPB
To H.E. the Minister,

In light of the recent economic situation, and seeking to help bring some cash flow to Russia, The Republic of Korea would like to purchase 1 Northrop Grumman E-2C Hawkeye for $191,840,000.00, as well as 16
Kamov Ka-31s for $224,000,000. If possible, we'd like to reoutfit the Kamov Ka-31 to provide SAR/CASEVAC role and hopefully, this can provide additional job security for engineers of the helicopter to re-outfit the helicopter to those requirements. This would bring the grand total to $415,840,000. The Republic of Korea, on a foreign policy note, would like to also discuss a grant to provide Russia additional financing in the future for humanitarian reasons & concerns. We look forward to speaking in the future regarding this, depending on if the Global Assembly is able to act or not. We hope we can help alleviate Russia's economic situation, and look forward to that discussion.

Signed with sincerity,
Kim Jaebeom,
Director of KDIA

The Russian Federation would message Tanzania and the Rattanakosin Kingdom about some of the equipment they are purchasing and the benefits that come from purchasing them:

The Following is a secret and classified transmission to Tanzania and the Rattanakosin Kingdom Tuzi

The Tupolev Tu-16 Badger C at first glance does not appear as impressive as more modern and faster bomber aircraft, but it has a trick up it's sleeve that makes it ideal for working with the TU-22M3. The Tupolev Tu-16 Badger C can carry the K-10SP, OECM Drone which was an integral part of Soviet naval cold war strategy. In short, it can distract an enemy's air defenses by tricking them into seeing targets that are not there and disguising actual attack vectors. Basically it can open up the way for a group of TU-22M3 to come in.

---

The Russian Federation would confirm to the Rattanakosin that they are willing to take the buy it now price and immediately send the purcased equipment Alex

---

The Russian Federation would tell Republic of Korea that they cannot sell them the rights to the equipment but can instead provide a license. Jay
