Oleg Grinevsky The Officially Appointed Russian Ambassador to Sweden would place an encrypted phone call to the Office of the Swedish Minister of Foreign Affairs. He would do this after having ensured his door was locked, not wanting people to barge in and hear one half of a conversation. Oleg Grinevsky was in fact previously the Soviet Ambassador to Sweden.

The telephone call is immediately encrypted by the Swedish Security Service and digitally recorded without human monitoring - Secretary of Foreign Affairs Margot Wallström would of course recognise the regional prefix before the telephone number.

"Hello, Secretary Margot Wallström speaking, Swedish Department of Foreign Affairs - to whom am I speaking?"
