Golden Dragon Racing Gets Maiden Win In Germany

Golden Dragon Racing, a Shanghai-based team, has managed to achieve its maiden win in the first International Racing Championship. The team, led by Team Principal Da Fen Yu, saw its driver Hui Lin cross the finish line in first place after a hard-fought battle against the championship leaders Mercedes-AMG F1.

Lin's victory in Germany strengthens the team's morale as the championship moves to China for the next two races. Golden Dragon Racing will be competing on it's home circuit in Shanghai next month, before moving on the the challenging Macau Grand Prix. Golden Dragon Racing is hoping to work on the back of this victory in order to deliver an impressive performance in front of a home crowd. Team Principal Da Fen Yu when interviewed stated, "It is going to be a true honour to race in front of our own fans, we hope to deliver a spectacular performance and boost our team even further up the standings."

Golden Dragon Racing currently finds itself in P5 in the constructors championship, only one-point behind the infamous Nexus F1 where rumours had been circulating that they had actually been using jet engine technology to boost their engine performance. The challenge will however be greater to catch up to the leading four teams, who find themselves 8-points ahead of Golden Dragon Racing. In the drivers standings, Hui Lin has placed himself in P4, only two-points behind championship leader Felipe Da Costa Naschimento, and with five races left on the calender the championship is far from being decided.

The Chinese Grand Prix organisers have recently placed an announcement stating that they have sold-out their tickets, anybody who still wishes to experience the thrill of the championship will have to rush to get their hands on the last few available tickets to the Macau Grand Prix.
