With an outbreak of terrorism around the world, and the President receiving a Threat Assessment from the Serbian National Defense Council, the 40,000 members of the Gendarmery would be deployed throughout Belgrade and Novi Sad, performing force protection at all critical government buildings, as well as major religious, historical, tourist, and cultural sites. Roughly 500 in each city would be assigned to 10-man foot patrols. Those assigned to Force Protection would each carry a Sig Sauer P220 chambered in 9x19 Parabellum and Zastava M70, while those assigned to Foot Patrols would carry Zastava M21s and .40 S&W chambered Zastava CZ99s.
Meanwhile, 69 Crewmembers driving 23 Lazar 3 APCs would arrive outside the party headquarters of the Justice and Reconciliation Party (BDZS), a Bosniak Islamist/Nationalist Party, carrying the 200 Counter-Terrorist Troops of the Counter Terrorist Battalion, also known as the "Hawks." The Hawks would storm the building with .40 S&W-chambered CZ99s and SIG SG550 Commando carbines. Swiftly and mercilessly, they would arrest everyone in the party headquarters. Staffers would be detained and shifted out to local police to be processed and released, while the leadership would be taken into custody, under charges of sedition, treason, and association with terroristic groups.
