They have only 2 Lynching Victims as of right now. yet we must stomp this bug while it is small. we must use force to stomp the STV out rapidly

Objectives
Dec01/NS/VJ/01 - Complete - Begin Preparations for a possible conflict 500 men from the serbian military forming the 3rd Serbian Internal Battalion are dispatched to Military Base Cepotina In Northern Serbia
Dec01/NS/VJ/02 - Complete - The serbian police force will conduct investigations on the crime scenes to gain a possible location of the STV's base of operations
Dec01/NS/VJ/03 - Complete - Gather supplies for a possible fight with the STV. Transport them quietly from the belgrade stockpile to the limited Cepotina Stockpile
Jan01/NS/VJ/04 - Active - Once Seizing intel on their location begin to infiltrate the organization, Send 4-5 men into the organization to learn stockpile numbers and future operations in progress
Jan01/NS/VJ/05 - Pending - With intel gathered begin training on a mock facility to increase readiness in the breach
Feb01/NS/VJ/06 - Active - Establish a zone around the perimeter and have 24/7 watchmen on the organizations movements
Feb01/NS/VJ/07 - Pending - Begin moving the Breach team to the location and have them well equipped
Feb01/NS/VJ/08 - Pending - Establish a zone of Battle and evacuate any citizens nearby
Feb01/NS/VJ/09 - Pending - Blockade and encircle the building(s) with the 500 men that were stationed in Cepotina
Feb01/NS/VJ/10 - Pending - Prepare a breach team to break into the HQ and Arrest the perpetrators and seize any illegal materials used
