Serbia’s Pure Abject Hatred

The Border between Kosovo and Serbia would be shut down. Any ethnic kosovars trying to cross into Serbia would be indefinitely detained as a terrorist affiliate. All Albanians in Serbia that weren’t diplomatic staff from Albania would be given 5 days leave Serbia, under suspicions of terrorist activities. Those who failed were indefinitely detained.

Several riots would break out at albanian-frequented mosques around Serbia. Several people would toss molotovs at the buildings, catching them on fire. Serbian police would only keep the riots contained, same with fire departments, partially to avoid getting hurt by the violent crowds, but also because they secretly didn’t want to stop the riots.

Serbia’s Parliament would openly call for the President’s head for this failure, and for more decisive action against the kosovar terrorists. Still other army commanders were pissed at this failure as well.

The Canadian Government would slam this decision by Serbia and has urge Kosovans or ethnic Albanians in Serbia to make their way to Gjakova, Kosovo if they are in a dire situation and Canadian Forces will assist them in getting refugee status in Canada, along with supplying them with aid if need be. 25,000 places would be offered to Kosovans and ethnic Albanians in Serbia for a refugee resettlement. If their situation is EXTREMELY dire and they are in Serbia and fear persecution by the Serbian Government, they would be urged to go to the Canadian Embassy in Belgrade for safety and assistance will be provided to offer them a refugee placement in Canada. If they can make it to another bordering country to Serbia, the nearest Canadian diplomatic mission will be welcoming to them and offer them the same assistance (nearest embassies are in Bucharest, Budapest and Zagreb, there are no Canadian missions in Albania, Bosnia, Montenegro or Bulgaria).

At almost all of the Embassies of major countries across Belgrade, East and West alike, massive protests would rise up. Almost every ISAF or CIS State's embassy would be surrounded by cantankerous Serbs, pissed off at what had happened. At the Russian and Vietnamese Embassies (one of which was seen as betraying Serbia, the other obviously being viewed as the catalyst for the KLA's resurgence, thanks to their leader's speech riling up the terrorists), the protests would become riots.

Meanwhile, at the Serbian Embassy in Canada, several drunk, pissed off guards would start throwing rocks, bricks, alcohol bottles, and water bottles filled with human urine at the neighboring Bosnian embassy, screaming out obscenities and calling for the Bosnians to come out and fight them. This would continue to escalate as the guards got more drunk, more pissed off, and more violent.

In Belgrade, the 10 members of the RCMP Security Service would gear up in riot protection gear and would stand inside the embassy, given there was no fence around the Canadian Embassy. They would stand there as a precaution and would do nothing to intimidate or agitate protesters.

In Ottawa, the Bosnian Embassy would immediately ring 911. The "A" Division of the RCMP would be alerted, being responsible for protecting foreign embassies in Ottawa and also the Ottawa Police Service would respond from the Byward Market Station. The OPS would be the first to arrive as the RCMP would have to respond from Downtown as there would be no patrol currently in the area. The first officers on the scene would approach the Serbian Embassy and knock on the door, another set of officers who respond would go to the Bosnian Embassy.
