The S.E.R.P plan or Serbian Economic Revival Program, as established by President Milan Milutinović is a multi-year program, Around 3 years to increase industry in post yugoslavia, Serbia and Montenegro. This will Revive and improve the old serbian economic centers of Belgrade, Nis, Novi Pazar, and most other major civilian sectors. in rural areas of the country we wish to increase industrialization building factories for militaristic and civilian alike.


continued updates will be put on this documentation to archive the accomplishments of the S.E.R.P as for the first plan we will be rebuilding major infrastructure in northern serbia and is is expected to take around 6 months to rebuild and will cost around 10-15 billion dollars to rebuild roads and basic infrastructure and another 50 billion to rebuild and improve major serbian and montenegrin cities.
