Mr. Chappell Cousteau Vaka

Thank you for responding to our ad. As you know the Mexican government is looking to purchase 2 types of fighter aircraft. One for the Air Force and one for the Navy. These contracts were issued some time ago, however the money is still in the budget to fulfill this contract. With that being said, I have decided to choose one of your two aircraft types. I would like different models for different squadrons. While I am not a liberty to say who got the other bid, I would like to say that the wide selection of French aircraft was very impressive. If you would like to take on our Air Forces contract, there is an allocated fund of $1.6 US dollars. From the aircraft selection we have decided to go with the Dassault Mirage 2000. These models will include:

  • x4 Dassault Mirage 2000N - $221,843,999.28
  • x4 Dassault Mirage 2000D - $221,843,999.28
  • x12 Dassault Mirage 2000-5F - $598,499,998.20
  • x4 Dassault Mirage 2000-5F Mark 2 - $296,221,026.12
  • x2 Dassault Rafale C F3-R - $225,803,664.00
Thank you again for your offer. I hope to do further business with you.

Best Regards,
Gerado Vega
Secretary of Defence

Mr. Igor Sergeyev Alex

Thank you for submitting an offer to our ad. This contract is now a few months old, however the funds are still available. Another applicant has received a portion of the contract, however I would like to go with Russian aircraft for the Mexican Navy. I have allocated $635,787,313.12 for this contract. I have 2 available offers, either will fit the needs of the Mexican Navy. 1 list will include the submitted aircraft. The other list would ask for the submitted aircraft in a lesser quantity but with eligible upgrades in the future.

List 1:

  • x8 Mikoyan MiG-25PD Interceptor & Reconnaissance Aircraft - $230,346,213.60
  • x14 Sukhoi Su-30K Multi-Role Fighter - $404,526,211.20
List 2:
  • x8 Mikoyan MiG-25PD Interceptor & Reconnaissance Aircraft - $230,346,213.60
  • x8 Sukhoi Su-30K Multi-Role Fighter - $231,178,406.40
  • $174,262,693.12 in available funds for updates and upgrades to the aircraft. (Funds would be submitted in full for upgrades.) *More funds may be available for desirable upgrades*
Thank you again for your offer. I look forward to doing further business with you.

Best Regards,
Gerado Vega

Mr. Chappell Cousteau,

I have submitted the funds. While production licenses does sound appealing it is sadly not in our budget to purchase them. I have submitted the necessary funds and will submit the transfer in this message. I thank you again for accepting this contract. I look forward to doing business with you in the future. Mexico will always have a need for military equipment and France has always been one of our top suppliers. Thank you for your time and business.
